How it all began.....

It all happened on a Tuesday afternoon. The Karasuno volleyball team was invited to a training camp at Nekoma High School for a period of a week when something completely changed Hinata Shoyo's life. Fearful and intimidated, the little number 10 stared up at his server and best friend as Kageyama Tobio pushed him hard against the wall and looked down at him menacingly. Swallowing hard, the little Madarine struggled for his word and yet not a word passed his lips. "Who was he?" rang out the gloomy voice of the pass player as he now crashed both of his forearms against the wall next to his middle blocker's head.

'Too close. Too close. Way too close,' the same thoughts kept permeating the orange-haired man's head. However, it wasn't just Kageyama who gave him the heebie-jeebies at that moment. Literally, every one of his friends was standing behind Karasuno's player, all feeling the same terrifying, dark aura that could easily belong to a serial killer.'What is happening here? Is this just a ridiculous dream or outright a prank of theirs? Shit, they're scaring me.' After another five minutes of silence, Tobio clenched his right hand into a fist and slammed it forcefully against the wall next to the middle blocker. Screaming, he told his Sunshine to say something finally. The small tangerine swallowed hard in the face of such pure fury and gathered his supposed last strength, so he eventually found his voice again. "I don't know what you're talking about, Bakayama," he spoke uncertainly and tried to lighten the mood with his nickname and an artificial laugh, however, he completely failed with that when he saw the angry expression on the blue-haired man's face.

'Fuck'

"You know exactly who I'm talking about, Boke," the middle blocker replied sombre as if he was going to kill someone any second. However, the middle blocker was still at a loss and still didn't understand what his actual best friend was getting at. "Oh, Chibi-chan, do we really have to explain it to you?" he heard the great king's lilting voice afterwards. He casually leaned against the wall next to the two of them and plopped his arm down over the little middle blocker's head."I'm shaking, 'Yeah, I know. I miss you a lot, too, dumbass. But I'll see you soon....Yeah, see you soon. L'amore trova la Strada.", Tsukishima now took the floor, adjusting his glasses and shaking the phone call Shoyo had made to his brother a few minutes ago. Caught and startled, he stared at the team's second middle blocker and lost his voice again.

Unfortunately, the others took this relatively negatively and differently than the truth. Angrily, the captain of the Nekomas volleyball team slapped his hand over the head of the little crow. "I've always believed that you would let me - ", the Rooster head began to speak but was immediately interrupted by an angry owl, who angrily shouted an "Us" into the crowd, correcting him. After all, Hinata Shoyo belonged to all of them.

And only them. "...Us...would never cheat, Chibi-chan. We should punish you for that and finally show you who you belong to. You belong to us and only us, is that clear?" Kuro murmured dangerously as he got closer and closer to the little crow. He hated to share. Even as a child, he was never really good at it, so the other kids had often ignored him back then and stayed out of his way. He had been different from the others even then. Always and constantly he saw the entire world only in a plain grey. He did not know the world of colors and it had never bothered him. When he met Kenma and later his team and friends from the other teams, he first met a world that accepted him as he was and understood him. They were like him and finally, after a long time in his life, he could be who he was. He had found friends who accepted him as he was. He had found a family. He had learned to share. And yet, his world remained grey. Until he finally met the little crow with the enchanting smile. It had been love at first sight. It was like a slap in the face when he saw the smile of the middle blocker and his otherwise so grey, bleak and dead world shone in bright and flashy colours. Quickly his world gained life and meaning through the little crow and just as quickly an obsession had developed for the middle blocker. No one, really no one would take him and his friends their colour and light.
