He smiled creepily again. “It was a rational falsehood.”
A rational falsehood!? The failed students thought in disbelief. However, the news delighted them. Together they cheered for their unexpected luck. They get to go to the training camp after all!
Chikako jumped when Ida stood up suddenly. “However, since you lied to us twice, our faith in you will waiver!” Ida yelled.
“Wow, you’re a wet blanket Ida-kun,” Ochako fakely smiled while tilting her head. Chikako snickered quietly.
Despite the outburst, Aizawa gazed at him with a serious calmness. “That’s true. I’ll consider that. But I wasn’t lying about everything,” he said. His squinting eyes turned sharply towards the celebratory failed students. “Failure is failure.”
The five paused mid celebration.
“We have prepared a separate time for extra lessons for you all,” Their mood dropped considerably. “Frankely, it’ll be tougher than the extra lessons you’d get if you stayed at school.”
That made it worse.

The last day of school came to an end, but before everyone headed out, Hagakure suggested that the class gather to do shopping for the training camp.
“Chi Chi! You’re coming too, right?” Ochako asked hopefully, moving closer to her with wide, hoping eyes.
Before Chikako would have agreed solely because her cousin was there and they could wander the mall together (granted if she managed to shake off anyone who wanted to come). Now, the thought of spending time buying and shopping for clothes and camping tools with others sounded…nice. She may not be friends with everybody, but being with her cousin, Tsu, Ida, Mina and even Deku sounded fun.
She looked down at Ochako and Mina who stared up at her intensely, eyes wide as they anticipatingly waited for her response. Tsu was just behind them, her large green eyes displaying the same expression despite her neutral face. In the corner, Chikako noticed Deku also staring and waiting. His emerald green eyes seemed wider than usual.
With a cornered smile, she responded. “Well, it would be useful. There’s a lot of items we need to get. Yeah, I’ll go.”
“Yay!” Mina and Ochako jumped for joy.
Chikako had to bite down a chuckle as the two circled her. Despite their cheers ringing effectively in her ears, she didn’t mind. Drifting to the corner, brown eyes met green. Big, round green eyes enlarged and shined under the outside light. Green eyes the colour of emeralds trained on her and her only. A smile that rivaled the bright sun to compliment. Creating a beautiful sight.
Those eyes. That smile. Chikako couldn’t look away.
“Hey Bakugo, you’re coming too,” stated Kirishima.
“Like I’d do something so irritating,” Bakugo scoffed.
Deku walked up to Todoroki, asking if he would come but he denied. So almost all of Class 1-A arrived at the Kiyashi Ward Mall. It was large, stretching endlessly. It was the largest, and most popular mall in the country. It had the most stores, advanced technology and clothes that had every quirk in mind such as mutants.
Deku, as always, was on a mumbling spree, complimenting the clothes that had everything for every Quirk, no matter the range of body altering.
“You’re scaring the children. Stop that.” Tokoyami told him.
“Oh! Aren’t those U.A. students!?” one shopper said, pointing at the group.
“First years!”
