In a city disguised of good but filled with evil within... evil that people believed that don't exist 
They were wrong
During the day time cars filled the city's in the dark gray pavement as for the people who's on foot walk in a light gray concrete while couples, children and parents filled up the parks and their backyards from home.
But school was still hot at the time filled with children of the future or those whose destined to work in the streets. After those couple of bells and it was already at 4 o'clock the doors burst out with children within the grades of 6-8 they all had smile in their faces since it was the last day of school. All of the children goes in cars or walked home on the concrete near the pavement. Expect two twins one smart, one arrogant, one long haired, one short haired and most importantly one better than the other one.
These two twins always get back home by using the alley ways so they could get the chance to meet their infamous hero... spawn. They all have to make a quick cuts and turns in every corner to see spawn or their home.
But during that day... that day was the last day they'll ever see their father. 
When the two twins make their route straight, right, left, straight, straight, STRAIGHT. They met a small clown as their height since the twins were always short
"Come on let's get you home kid" the clown said in a voice that you can feel centipedes and bugs on your stomach and crawling all the way to your throat 
The suspicious clown held out his hand. The arrogant child took it
So stupid of him
But the child already knew but it was too late as his hand turns into a wolf like creature with the teeth of a Siberian tiger bit the child's hand. The child yelp at a high pitched tone like a dog whining.
???: "AJ RUN"
The child yelled to his twin as he was crying out his eyes. Aj ran while his twin...
"Tsk tsk it's no use John... I'm going to chase him... and he'll turn out like you..." he said in a whisper as John could swear he felt bugs crawl in his body

John sighs as the memory hits him like a truck to reinforce concrete.
John: "Today was the day..."
Green liquid drops at the bottom of the white stone of the shower
John: "That I became a hellspawn"

Men in blue and black filled the alleyway as red and blue flashes across the dark corners and turns. White sheets stained with red inking were covering a humanoid figures. A middle aged man goes under the yellow tape as he walks to the sheets and lift the blanket
Officer?: "Agh what the hell?"
The officer said in a disgust voice. Meanwhile a officer walks up to his colleague. A human with a head of a... cat?
