The next day, Camryn found herself sitting in a restaurant where Tibbles had to show them something.
"What do you think is in it? Connie said, turning to Cam
"A box that size, I have no idea" Camryn said to the girl
"Ta Da!" Tibbles said as he pulled the cover off the large box
"Whoah" The team beamed with excitement
"Great, a massive Wheaties box with our faces on it" Camryn said sarcastically
"Hey y'all, that's us!" Dwayne shouted
"Duh, whatta ya know" Fulton quipped at the cowboy
Tibbles clears his throat "today, it's a wheaties box. Tomorrow, it's video games, action figures, lunch boxes. The sky is the limit" he smiled
"Now, just to make sure that everybody knows who you are, try on one of these" he said, pulling jerseys out of a box and holding it up
Everyone murmured with excitement "oh that's so cool" Connie gleamed
"Yeah, they're pretty cute" Camryn smiled
"Brought to you by those wonderful people at Hendrix, for all your hockey needs" Tibbles said, handing Fulton his jersey
Everyone gathered around the box looking for their jersey, each player finding their numbers with ease. Camryn sighed, shifting jerseys around in the box. "Looking for this?" Said Adam Banks with a smirk
"Yes, actually" Camryn says back to the boy who was still holding the jersey
"Here" he said, throwing it straight onto her face
"Bitch" she said, jersey clad to her face
"That's not a thank you, Cammy" He said with a sly smile
"Whatever" she grumbles, taking the jersey and walking away
Camryn notices a sad Charlie sitting by himself so, she walks towards her twin brother "Charlie cmon, its time for Miss Mackay s first lesson"
"Yep, coming" Charlie says, walking to the group
The team was now sitting outside as Miss Mackay began her lesson "Ancient Greece was the beginning of Western civilization. See in Greece, they didn't have professional sports.... Or Wheaties boxes" Camryn was sat beside Luis and Averman, playing with the ends of her hair
"So the athletes competed for another reason. Anybody? she asked
"Falafels?" Goldberg replied, earning a laugh from the group
"Another thing to add to the list of 'only things Goldberg would say'" Camryn said and Luis chuckled from beside her
"Charlie?" Miss Mackay asked, looking at the boy who had his hand up
