Boden walks into the common room with Grissom. 
Boden: Alright listen up today I have a few meetings to go to. So Commissioner Grissom will be filling in for this shift. Everyone understand?
All: Yes Chief. 
Boden: Ok good. Well then have at it. 
Boden walks out. Grissom walks up to Kelly and Katie. 
Grissom: It is nice to finally have both Severide siblings under the same roof. 
Kelly and Katie look at each other. 
Grissom: I would love to have you both stop by the district sometime to discuss the future of 51. 
Kelly: Thanks for the offer but we are both happy in our positions at 51. 
Grissom: What are you implying? 
Kelly: The relationship you had with our father was not the greatest. So even though he's dead you're trying to stick it to him with his children. 
Katie: Put them in the spotlight to try and make up for your relationship with Benny. 
Grissom: I'm sorry for the loss of your father. I am truly. I only want you both to see the potential of the future between the two of you. 
Grissom extends his hand to Kelly. He hesitantly shakes it. Grissom extends his hand to Katie. She stares at it. 
Dispatch: Truck 81 Squad 3 Engine 51 Ambo 61 structure fire north fifth street. 
They head for the trucks. Kelly looks at Katie. 
Kelly: What was that about?
Katie: He disrespects the Severide name because of what Benny did to him. Uses us for fame. I'm not shaking that mans hand. 
They get in. Cruz takes off. He turns around. 
Kelly: I understand you don't like him. I don't either. But he is the fire commissioner at least treat him with respect. 
Katie: Rank means nothing when it is personal. I'll respect him when he respects me. 
Kelly: Just watch yourself. 
They pull up to the fire. Kelly looks up. 
Kelly: Katie with me. Joe with Peter. Capp with Tony. 
They jump out. Casey turns around. 
Casey: Squad truck. Let's get a search going. 
They head inside. Katie walks up the steps with Kelly. 
Kelly: Fire department call out. 
Kelly and her are flinging doors open. 
Katie: All clear 
Capp: (Casey we are clear on one) 
Kelly: (Casey second floor is clear. We are heading out)
Casey: (Copy that Severide) 
They head outside. Kelly looks at her. 
Kelly: I'm serious though Kate. You step off one wrong foot with Grissom and he will ruin you. Katie: Kelly I'm not worried. 
Kelly: Of course you're not. 
Grissom looks up. 
Grissom: (I got thick black smoke. Evacuate the building) 
There are screams. Katie sees a girl hanging out of the second floor window. 
Katie: Kelly I thought we checked everything. Kelly: We did. 
Casey comes out. Katie puts her mask on. Kelly looks up. 
Kelly: Katie!! 
Grissom looks over. 
Grissom: Severide no I gave an order. 
Katie: I'm not letting her die. 
Grissom: Katie no. 
She heads inside. Flames engulf the building. Kelly and Casey put their gear on. 
Grissom: No no one else is going in there. Kelly: That's my sister. 
Grissom: I'm not risking anyone else.
