Grace tosses Mikael away and he stumbles to a standing position, "You know instead of calling yourself Mikael the destroyer, you could call yourself Satan and get it over with," Grace taunts. "You act just like your father," he growls. "Don't worry darling, I take that as a compliment," Grace says. "Arrogant," he growls. Grace laughs, "Are you trying to insult me," Grace asks. "Because it's not working," Grace says. Mikael laughs coldly, "Your magic makes you weak," Mikael growls. Grace uses her magic to force Mikael to have his back towards the tree, "I don't think it does," Grace says. Grace lets her emotions mix with her magic and she screams sending Mikael into the white oak tree. As soon as he crashes into the tree he bursts into flames as a broken tree branch pierces the thousand year old vampire's heart.

Kol smirks, "You are proud to be my daughter, and I am proud to be your father," the original says.

Hope turns to face Esther, "You should know that this is just a tiny bit personal," Hope says. Hope uses a freezing spell on Esther forcing her to stay in the same spot. "I should thank you for my wolf side, I mean that is what makes me faster than you," Hope says. "But then again, you tried to kill me," Hope adds. "Now let's see what the devil's heart, really looks like," Hope says, plunging her hand into Esther's chest to pull out her heart.

Hayley and Klaus exchange a look, "She gets that from you," the unsired hybrid mutters. Klaus shrugs, happy to take credit for Hope's reaction at seeing his mother.

Landon turns to his best friend shocked, "You can't do this," he exclaims. "It's my sacrifice, Lan. It's the same hero move that you were willing to make," Raf argues. "This is different," Landon says. "How?" Raf asks, leaving Landon unable to come up with an argument. "Do it," Raf says as he turns to the Necromancer. "Gladly," the Necromancer replies, preparing to do his craft. "Don't do it," Landon says distracting the Necromancer. "You don't get a vote anymore!" the Necromancer taunts. "Raf. Raf. You can't do this," Landon says. "Landon we need you," Raf says.

"And a bit over dramatic," Klaus says. "What exactly is over dramatic about that, Mr. 'I'm the hybrid, I can't be killed'," Grace asks. "Not everybody needs him," Klaus says. Hope facepalms.

The Necromancer, Raf and Landon are in the foyer of the Salvatore School the two students arguing about what is going to happen. Before the Necromancer can perform the ceremony that will transfer Landon's spirit into Raf, the doorbell rings. "Saved by the actual bell," Landon mutters. The door swings open to reveal Chad, "Hey. Oh, thank God," Chad says. "Landon? I thought you were dead," he adds. "Uh, halfway there," Landon says with a wave. "How do you guys come up with these twists?" he asks. Chad looks around the front of the school, "Oh, I love this place," he says. "Chad," the Necromancer mutters. Chad shouts in fright, "Hi.  Uh, I was, uh, at the crypt, but-but only because I forgot my headphones. I didn't touch any of your stuff or mess with the pit at all," the man begins to explain. "Yeah, yeah," the Necromancer mutters, trying to get his former acolyte to get on with the story. "Well, a-a lady monster came out of it, and she asked for a worthy champion, which means she was looking for one of the Mikaelson girls," Chad says. Raf and Landon give him a look, "I watch you guys in the basin all the time," Chad says. "Hope's so smart and pretty and, you know, always saves the day," Chad says. "The same goes for Faith and Grace," Chad adds. "Except sometimes she scares me," Chad finishes. Raf and Landon shrug in agreement, Grace scared a lot of people. "The girls are unavailable at the moment," Raf says. "What else did she say?" the Necromancer asks. "Uh...uh, she was in search of a sword?" Chad says. "Ah," the Necromancer hums. "She sensed it was in a field?" Chad adds. "The field day," Raf says in realization. "We should go help them," Landon says. "I'm not going anywhere until you get back in your body," Raf argues.

Klaus, Kol and Rebekah exchange a look, "Well they certainly, got the Mikaelson good looks, and the Mikaelson tempers," Marcel says. "I thought that was obvious," Lizzie says. "I mean who else would kill someone in a mirror image of how their father wanted to kill them," Josie asks. "Someone who is just as dramatic or more dramatic than their father," Jen says.
