Shinobu rummaged through her bag for a bottle of sunscreen, "I feel like we're basically babysitting those teenagers."

"They call me their adoptive 'cool'-uncle." Giyuu remarked. "I just let them use my house as their go-to spot and eat all my food."

"It's whatever. It's nice to see those teens have fun at their age when I couldn't." The businesswoman spoke wisely even if though she was only 27. The corporate world has aged her mindset.

They sat on the sand in a private Cabana, watching Giyuu's little friends play volleyball and splash around in the water. She handed the sunscreen bottle casually to Giyuu.

"Do my back please~"

He was caught off guard, but obliged gladly. Good chance he was getting laid tonight. The ravenette spread the cream evenly on her back.

He'd be relaxing and having a good time with Shinobu, but then at the back of his mind he reminds himself that New York will come up. Most of this vacation was to spend more time with her, even if they weren't dating or anything serious. Even if it wasn't sexually. Which most of the time they'd only see each other for sex. Shinobu was held a special place in Giyuu's heart.

Giyuu had come far from what he was before, but he still was bad at love. And expressing feelings of love. Love to him was the morning after a hookup, and the smell of Lavender Perfume mixed with Vanilla Lotion.

That's the best he could describe it in his head.

"TOMIOKA-SAN! KOCHO-!" Tanjiro yelled.

Giyuu's thinking was immediately interrupted, the two ran out to see what happened.

The boy panicked, "Aoi drowned! Inosuke just rescued her from out of the water! SOMEBODY DO CPR!!"

"Okay, okay, Inosuke you're going to have listen clearly to me.." Shinobu instinctively explained to Inosuke how to perform CPR. Her sister forced her to learn it by the age of 8 in case of emergencies.

The boar's boisterous personality suddenly evaporated, and true concern was written on his face. Everybody was astonished at this scenery, but grateful.

After performing it, Aoi woke up and coughed up remaining water in her system. "YOURE AWAKE! MWAHAHHA I SAVED YOU!" His brashness returned.

"YOU LET HIM DO IT!? GROSS!!" Aoi turned her head away, pretending not to blush.

On the other hand Giyuu was impressed by how calmly and quickly she handled that. Not that Giyuu would  freak out if he was the one instructing, he'd just be clueless. Of course he knew Shinobu couldn't have given Aoi mouth-to-mouth herself, Shinobu and Giyuu had done too much together. That'd be straight up filthy for Aoi.

"Let's go back inside the hotel for dinner. That's enough for today." Shinobu instructed like a mother.

The group of teenagers went on their own for dinner, leaving free time for Shinobu and Giyuu. They had opted for a convenience store dinner, both being too lazy to doll up for a fancy restaurant.

Shinobu's hair was up in its usual butterfly, with a tank top and sweats. Giyuu had a grey T-shirt and sweatpants set.

She slurped a cup of spicy instant noodles, "You know, we should really be getting seafood. It's a tropical island anyway."

Giyuu had some instant cold soba.

"Soba? Do you not like spicy food?" Shinobu asked genuinely surprised. She was a spice lover, her food had to be numbing spicy to enjoy.

"No." He wiped his mouth with tissue. "It breaks me out, which is bad for work."

"You could just say you don't have a spice tolerance." She teased.

"That's not true. I do-"

She held her disposable chopsticks up to his mouth, holding a bite of piping hot ramen. "Really? Then this shouldn't be a problem right?" She smirked.

He pushed her hand back, "I'm good."

"Hey, if you actually can't handle spice it won't hurt to try it. It'll be a start to building tolerance!" Shinobu held the chopsticks up to his mouth again. "It's not that spicy, really."

"Fine." He gave in. She fed it to him from her utensils.

His tongue felt like it just touched a gas stovetop. However the actor tried to hide the pain and swallow it down whole. This ended up making his face look constipated.

"What's with the face? Aww, is it spicy?" She cooed.

She stood up, laughing as she went to buy him a bottle of milk to kill the heat. As soon as she left her seat, spice tears were streaming down the poor guy's face.

"Here." She gave him the milk.

Chugging it down, "Not cool."
