I step back, my chest felt tight. 
Why did they say that? Why did they say that? Why did they say that? Why did they say that?
I couldn't understand how someone who I helped would tell Rui he knew someone who was trans other than Mizuki themself. Obviously that leaves me, Akito, Toya, and Len to be it! And of course it has to be me who's transgender. 
He said he'd support.. But.. Is he telling the truth?
The thought scared me. Even if we just reunited not too long ago, I still loved Rui. He killed himself, was revived and was gone for four or five years. So obviously I'm going to appreciate his return. If he knows im trans, he'll probably hate me and then never speak to me again.
I take a deep breath, walking forward so I wouldn't be close to their conversation anymore.. But to my luck, I trip, falling and cursing. 
"Tsukasa-kun! Are you alright?!" Rui hollers, rushing over to me.
I gulp, nodding and beginning to stand up. Rui grabs my hand, stopping me. "I don't believe that. Where does it hurt?" He asks.
I sigh. "My ankle.." I didn't bother to question what he was thinking right now. 
"Right or left?" Rui questions, looking genuinely concerned. It was a small fall, I should be fine.
The thought of Rui finding out about my gender identity creeped into my mind again..
If Rui meant what he said...
No.
He probably lied.
"Left." I answer. Rui instantly grabs a hold of my ankle, gently to make sure I wasn't harmed. For some odd reason, he checked for cuts, bruises, scratches, you name it! 
He chuckles lightly. "Okay, you're fine. Sorry for getting all worried and stuff." Rui begins to stand up and smiles, lending me a hand. I take his hand and stand up too. "Ah, by the way, Tsukasa-kun.." 
I freeze, my chest once again feeling tight. "Y-Yes..?" I mumble.
"Why'd you lie about having somewhere to go?" He frowns a bit, crossing his arms and looking at me.
I gulp. "Mizuki asked me to help them with the whole 'i know you from the past' thing." Which, it was true. That was the reason.
Rui nods. "I see. You had me thinking you lied to Mizuki for a minute there!" he snickers. "Hm.. But another question. Why'd you stay and listen?" he mutters, once again, looking down at me as if he knew something I didn't. He scared me sometimes. And by sometimes, I mean most of the time.
"I uh.. I wanted to know the outcome of the conversation!" I lie. The real reason was because I wanted to know if Rui genuinely would be nice to Mizuki.
"Right.." His voice sounded drowned out. I wasn't sure why. "Tsukasa-kun, It's a bit late, isn't it?" He brings up randomly.
I nod, hesitantly. "..Yeah?"
