"Attention all passengers, this is Captain Henley speaking. We are now landing in Miami, Florida, where the local time is 7:25 am. It is 87⁰ with a 70 percent chance of rain this afternoon, but look forward to clear sunny skies the rest of this week. Thank you for flying with Jet 13. I enjoyed being your pilot this morning, and please have a lovely rest of your day, " the captain says over the speaker.
I still think taking Taylor's jet was a bit extra, but what can I say? She's persistent. She was adamant about me not flying commercially by myself while she and Gigi flew on her plane. I know it sounds ridiculous, like why would I do that to myself, but I really don't need or want any handouts from my girlfriend. Plus, all of my equipment was paid for by the company to take that plane, and now I have to pay them back, although Gigi says that I'm better off 'sticking it to the man' and not telling them I didn't fly on what they booked me. Needless to say, we're pretty devious together.
Calum's stay was nothing short of fun. By the looks of it, he got along with Taylor nicely. She texted me after the first night saying that she enjoyed hanging out with him and is looking forward to getting to know him better. We did spend the next day at Taylor's place playing mini golf and Twister. There's a lot to do at her place, but I don't wanna be the kind of person where I'm constantly burdening their partner. The two days after that, we went to a museum and went for ice cream, and did a little shopping in Times Square. 
Not gonna lie, I was extremely worried about how shopping with Taylor was gonna go when we're in arguably the most popular place on the east coast. But she had a routine of having security with us at all times and a driver parked outside. Not a lot of people recognized her right away, but there were many people who went up to her for a picture. We did keep spontaneity to a minimum for her sake, though. Fans started to build up throughout the day, so we could never stay in a place for too long.
"Finally!! I'm not sure whose genius idea it was to leave at 4 am." Gigi yawns, stretching her arms as she stands up.
"Hey! Tell that to my boss who wants me to get started right away! I wouldn't be here if I didn't have a choice." I defend. Truth be told, I also hate that we had to get up early, but I'm glad I'm with people I love and not by myself.
Wait, did I just say love? No, y/n....let's not go there. It's literally 7 in the morning.
But speaking of love, I'm kinda nervous to show Taylor around the racing world. Granted, most of my races were held in Austin, where I grew up, but when I traveled, Miami was always the spot to go to. So far, I can't really tell what she's thinking. I mean, she said she doesn't want me to race again, but there was no judgment in her tone...or at least as far as I could tell. She mostly stayed silent and when she did talk, she only said she doesn't want me to do it again...she seems to be accepting me completely, but I really can't tell...the same thing happened with Emmy, so it's hard to say.
Emmy never really commented on me racing, probably because I made a lot of money from it. But when we got into fights, she never wasted her chance to throw it in my face saying I'm a criminal and I belong in jail...I think to a degree she was right. But I guess I was sorta like Robin Hood in that aspect; doing bad things to help the greater good for good people. I guess it really just depends on who you ask. But Taylor, on the other hand, I really can't tell what she thinks of me, and if I'm being even more honest, I'm kinda scared to know.
She wouldn't be with you if she thought any less of you...maybe she thinks you're a Robin Hood...stop beating yourself up...If she doesn't accept you for who you are, then maybe she's not the one for you.
Ughh, stop thinking like that! She's not sneaky or devious! She'll tell me if she doesn't like something. She's direct and polite, just let her say the word... she's not like your exes! Just chill!
