Trying to comprehend the complexity of one's mind is a treacherous and horrible path to take, but the Bakugou Katsuki would not let that get in his way. Why? You may ask, well he just wanted to experiment on a subject that he couldn't quite understand.
Like, why would anyone choose to mentally regress to the state of a child. It just didn't make sense.

."I'm telling you, can't you just fucking listen without doubting me every second!!?!" He yelled out, trying his best not to shove past the books spread out on the coffee table to try and grab the laptop currently in kirishima's possession.
"I'm not doubting you man!! I promise, it's just I-it-" he quickly shut him up with a glare.
"Huh? What's wrong with it? Go on spew your bullshit" kirishima gulped, when kastuki asked him for help with a subject he was shocked, but then he understood that he needed a second opinion which he remembered the blond explaining something about clearing a perspective or something like that.
He was happy to help really! But...this Subject is not what he expected, at all.
He looked back at the typed out text and the organized proof that resonated back to the main question, but in all honesty was he overthinking this? Probably like really "I'm just...why exactly are you so interested in this?" A skeptical look was clear on his face, katsuki's tense posture relaxed a bit as if he was actually trying to figure out an answer to the question.
"That-" he sighed grabbing the laptop and sitting back down beside him "answer the damn question, do you agree with me or not?" Kirishima looked into his friend's eyes, why was this so important to prove.
He gulped "w-what exactly..." he looked back at the screen "how did you get this proof...it sounds uhm not to assume or anything but, did you experience this bro?" Again he didn't answer, so he re-read the question.
Is Age Regression bad for you?
The proof and the evidence that supported this felt heavily dependent on experience, and what kirishima read through was not good at all, actually it made him feel sick knowing that his friend might've gone through this, and all because of a stupid experiment?
What, to prove a point?
To make a statement?
To show that you're right?
Why would anyone put themselves through something horrible for a little outcome they hope to prove?
Kirishima sighed "well with the proof and actually evidence, everything seems to line up ,but I think rewording the question would really tie your research together" he gave small smile, he knew that these things were important to katsuki. He never showed these experiments or researches to anyone, they were just written down and proven right.
He always asks him why? But he doesn't say "nah I think the question fits perfectly, I don't know what ya mean by that" he gave him a quizzical look as he he went through the pages of his notebook, as if making sure of his answer.
"I could properly explain it to you, since you clearly missed something idiot" Kirishima chuckled, it held a bit of tension to it. He needed to know if all of this actually happened and why he put himself throughout.
"I'm all ears"
"Age regression can be put in three categories:
#1: Used in psychology as a type of hypnosis
#2: Coping Mechanism
#3: A symptom for a mental illness
And then these three categories can be separated into two others"
