Chapter 13: The Upper Moons meeting

                                    

                                          

A few months later, there wasn't anything much for Muichiro to do other than hunting so he just sit there and stare at the clouds. good old Muichiro, trying to remember the cloud's name. Until all of a sudden. Muichiro heard the sound of a biwa, he was transported to a random room next to Kokushibo who is sitting down. Muichiro greeted his grandfather and sat beside him. "Mui, the fact that I was summoned here. means one thing".  Muichiro was still curious about what his grandfather meant. He peeked and saw a few other demons, they looked stronger.. 
Akaza then appeared along with Gyokko and Hantengu. they started interacting about the last time they were summoned and greeting each other. Muichiro continued to watch while Kokushibo was silent. Muzan has not arrived yet and they are still waiting, "Don't tell me it was Upper Moon One they managed to kill". Hearing that, Muichiro got confused wondering why Akaza would think that. He also noticed most of these demons were Upper Moons but "killed"? what do they mean? suddenly everything went dark until the lights turned back on again. There was another demon next to Akaza, could be another Upper Moon.  Then after that, Upper Moon Three smacked the other Upper Moon's chin. it was fatal that he blew his jaws out bleeding like a waterfall. But that demon regeneration was strong.
The Biwa Lady finally spoke, "I summoned Upper Moon One for this meeting first". Akaza felt then suprised after thinking it was him who got killed. "I was here all along, it seems Lord Muzan is here". Then something glowed red on top. It had a desk full of chemical equipments, Muichiro remembered when he asked Kokushibo the use of money and it seems he was right. there were chemical equipments, and Muzan is here too.
"Gyutaro is no longer with us. which means the Upper Ranks is incomplete". Muzan speaking while examining a test tube. "Who is Gyutaro?" Muichiro asking to Kokushibo. "The Upper Moon 6 who has been slained by the demon slayers". Kokushibo whispering back to Muichiro then focuses on hearing Muzan. Then the white-ish shade of oak haired demon has spoke up, saying to repay this he would either gauge his eyes out or not. But Muzan gave a frightening glare. "I don't need your filthy eyes". Muzan who continues glaring at the white-is shade of oak haired demon. Then, the demon in the pot spoke up telling that he have received intresting informations that impresses Muzan something that could change. Then in a blink of an eye, His head was already on Muzan's hand decapitated from his body. He was still alive.. of course they are Upper Moons. After that Nakime played her biwa and sent the demon's head back to the platform.  "Who are they?" Muichiro asking Kokushibo wanting to know these Upper Moons names. "The one with colorful eyes is Douma, Upper Moon Two. And the one who comes from the pot is Gyokko, Upper Moon Five." "and what about that demon at the stairs?" Muichiro pointing at the Upper Moon who crouches in fear. "Thats Hantengu, Upper Moon Four". That was interrupted when Muichiro heard a bleeding sound. He looked down and saw that Akaza, just half headed Douma with his own bare hands. "DAMN. That could be the hanafuda earrings boy if it was not daytime yet." Muichiro then noticed Kokushibo was no longer beside him. He heard a slashing sound and looked down. Only to see Akaza's hand getting sliced in a mere seconds, Kokushibo was way too fast to attack. 
By the looks of it. Muichiro understood that these 3 Upper Moons.. don't quite get along well. Upper Moon One put so much pressure on Upper Moon Three for disrespecting the higher ranks while Upper Moon Two explaining that Upper Moon Three will never be able to defeat them for their rank position. Kokushibo just dissapeared in a blink of an eye teleporting back next to Muichiro. Akaza felt angry and left off while Douma continued to call for him, the Upper Moon Five quickly moved away asking Nakime to teleport him along with Hantengu back to confirm this information he found. Upper Moon Two even asked to be sent as well but didn't. Instead, he got sent back to his palace.
It was only Kokushibo and Muichiro left. Muzan looked incredebly dissapointed with the other Upper Moons. Muichiro noticed the fear in the Upper Moons, none of them spoke except Kokushibo. who said he have got nothing to excuse himself. Kokushibo then left off to continue his task to finding Ubuyashiki's hideout. leaving Muichiro on his own.  Muichiro then decided to go outside and try to be useful.
