"I'D RATHER JUMP."

The two were then separated by her mother, both sitting at the ends of the couch while everyone else was watching tv in the living room.

Lola went on her phone, scrolling away as Sungchan had asked her a question. "Where's Xavier? Usually he's always with you." the question perked up the others as well, all knowing the two were friends.

Diara noticed the unbothered expression on er friend's face and decided to answer before Lola could open her mouth. "He's at work. He couldn't come cause he had to cover someone else's shift." Diara said, shaking her head as Sungchan hummed.

"Mkay, I was just wondering why he wasn't here." the younger said, averting his attention back to the tv screen as Lola went over to the kitchen where her mother was. Ami followed suit, but pulling her twin sister away before she could utter a word to their mother.

"Did he do something?" Ami whispered, taking the girl to the empty hallway. "He wants to get back together. He gets mad when I sleep with other guys. I don't know why I even agreed to still live with him even when we broke up." Lola sighed, leaning against the wall, placing her hands on her face.

"Move out. Just move in back with Mom. I know it's a lot but it's better than living with him.." Ami responded back, patting the older's shoulder and hearing Lola sigh. "There's no point. Mom lives far from work and school so it'll just be more for me." Lola dropped her arms to her sides.

"Hey..why don't you live with Haec—"

"We're about to be only celebrating one birthday girl if you finish that sentence."

Ami laughed. "I was joking! I know you wouldn't." she said, finding Lola's expression to be funny. "But if he keeps bothering you..don't hesitate to tell us. We know why you guys broke up..we know everything so don't think we won't be on your side." Ami then pulled her twin into a hug, Lola frowning.

"Okay let's go because I smell Mom's cooking from here." the two girls laughed before heading back to where they were. They saw their friends talking amongst the others, getting to know them more. Lola's eyes couldn't help but dart back to Mark's, making eye contact for a brief second before she broke it.

"Leejin didn't I put you in time out?"

"Mom..i'm twenty-two!"

"Acting like a child wrestling Sungchan's friend.."

Haechan wanted to laugh at how Lola's mother was backing up a stranger rather than her own daughter. Yangyang chuckled, finding it a bit hilarious as well.

"Mom..you don't know him!" Lola mumbled, glaring at her mother as Mrs. Jung gave her a look. "Leejin, please. Go back to your corner." the older woman then budged the girl with her hip to get out of the kitchen as Lola rolled her eyes and went back to her spot.

"How does it feel knowing your mom likes your number one enemy more than you?" Reece then pretended to hold a mic in his hands, placing it bear Lola's lips before she pushed his arm away and went back on her phone. "And that ladies is progressing from anger managemen—" Reece was then smacked with a pillow by both Diara and Lola.

"I don't understand you guys.." he mumbled.

"So you and Xiaojun work together?" Hendery looked over to Diara as she rose her head. "Oh yeah." she replied. Reece nodded, knowing already of the information as he laid his head on her shoulder. "Quit now. He's the worst co-worker to ever live." Jaemin said, warning the girl as she laughed. Xiaojun rolling his eyes.
