Alyssays wished she knew how she had finally woken up, but she didn't. She hadn't figured anything out about why she was stuck alternating between visions of other places and a almost crushing silence. But when her eye lids flutter open she has no ideal why.

The first thing she sees is Daario sitting in a chair at the foot of her bed. He was watching the fire crackle in the hearth, and she briefly wondered if that was what she looked like when she stared off into space during a vision.

"Hello my friend." She whispers hoarsely, her throat dry after who knew how many days.

Daario's head snaps around and his eye go wide when he sees she is awake. He jumps to his feet and rushes to the door to yell at the guards that she was awake and to "find him."

By the time he made it back to the side of the bed Alyssays had managed to sit up with a groan. He helps prop her up with several pillows and handed her a glass of water for her dry mouth.

She hands him back the glass at settles against the pillows with a wince. She gives him a fond look and reaches out to grasp his hand. "Thank you for coming my friend."

He smirks at her. "The second sons are yours my Princess, as am I." She gives him a look and he grins. "Your Grace." He corrects and admits somewhat reluctantly. "I like him." The admission makes her smile.

"I knew you would." She tells him. "The two of you are actually very similar." He gives her a doubtful look and she insists. "It's true. You both defied the expectations of your upbringing. Are formidable warriors. Both have a code of honor that few understand." she smirks. "It appears I have a type."

He laughs and picks up her hand to squeeze her fingers. "You forgot the most important similarity. We are both utterly devoted to you." He reminds her and lifts her hand to press a kiss to her fingers.   She smiles at him gently but pulls her hand away and he nods in understanding.

A moment later Jon and Daenerys burst through the door. Daenerys stops short when she sees that Alyssays is indeed awake but Jon never pauses and is across the room in a instant and cradling her face before his lips crash into hers. As soon as his lips lift from hers Aly feels Daenerys arms around her pulling her into a frantic hug.

"I'm sorry, I'm so sorry." Aly whispers to them both. "I didn't know I would be hurt, I swear, I would never worry you both like that." She looks at Dany. "But I had to save him... I couldn't save Rhaego or Viserion... I couldn't watch you lose another child if I could stop it." She tells her sister with tears in her lavender eyes and then turns to Jon with a sob. "But I didn't know! I would never..."

Jon wraps her in his arms and pulls her to his chest. "Shhhh." He soothes, "I know." He assures her and Aly feels Dany move closer to softly stroke her hair like she would when they were younger.

"Alyssays, how anyone as smart as you can be so stupid is beyond me." Dany tells her and they all laugh.

Alyssays pulls back from Jon and looks between the two them before resting her hand over her stomach and tentatively asking. "The healers? What did they say?"

Jon smiles and lays his hand over hers. "You are both fine." He assures her. "You're going to be a wonderful mother."I

"We're going to be parents!" She looks both terrified and elated and turns to Daenerys. "Your going to be an aunt!"

Dany's hand joins theirs and she truly smiles for the first time in weeks. "The rightful heir to the throne of Westros." She and Jon share a look. "A Targaryen with Stark blood, not even the most arrogant of high lords could hope to stand against such a prince or princess." They nod to each other, seemingly coming to an agreement and Dany looks at Aly. "A Targaryen worthy of inheriting the brave new world their mother will lead us too."
