Broken Heart
Emptiness took away the
words from my mouth.
My hands still tremble,
My pen is scared to write.A thought of her name,
I think not twice.
My brain goes numb, memories
Flash before my eyes.I'd say I'm strong,
But my tears, I can't hide.
I'd say I'm healing but
That won't make it right.Promises, broken.
Cuddles, forgotten.
Calls, missed.
How fast time flies! Our precious love
That once moved mountains
Is now just a fantasy
and a dreamy night.
