Utahime thinks she is being stalked by a tall, white-haired, blindfolded man

It is 8:45 a.m. when Utahime's head turns as her phone vibrates on her desk
[General Meeting at 9 a.m., Conference Room 3]
A reminder pops up on the screen. Utahime presses the Accepted button. She stands up from her chair, doing a little stretching before she collects her files and finally leaves to the conference room
Utahime is one of the early birds to arrive at the meeting room. There are a few other sorcerers too from different branches, and some familiar faces Utahime knows from Tokyo faculty. Shoko is one of them. The General meeting usually takes place at Tokyo branch, but this is not the first time Kyoto school hosts one. It happens in a while depending on circumstances 
Shoko raises her hand, waving at Utahime. She smiles and walks up to her, taking a seat next to Shoko. Utahime steals a look at the time on her phone, 4 minutes left before 9. The room starts to get crowded with other sorcerers coming through front and back door
Principal Gakuganji walks in as soon as the clock strikes 9 a.m. The meeting starts right away and the main agenda is to discuss about the posting of the soon-to-be graduated students. Utahime jots down the outcome of their discussions, especially the plans they have for her students in Kyoto
Suddenly the front door flings intowards without a knock and someone walks inside. All attentions drift to a white-haired sorcerer standing in the doorway. He is so tall and big that he has to bend down to get through the door before closing it back behind him
Utahime too is as surprised as other guests. The unfamiliar sorcerer looks mysterious wearing a blindfold, but also appears ethereal with his white hair. She secretly glances at the clock and the short and long hands are at number 10 and 3 respectively. 10:15 a.m., 1 hour and 15 minutes since the meeting began
Principal Gakuganji does not utter a word, but he looks dismayed. The sorcerer looks laid-back despite coming late for the meeting. His eyes shift under his blindfold, looking for a vacant seating for him to rest. He strides towards the back side of the room and finally sits down behind Utahime
Principal Gakuganji clears his throat and the meeting resumes as if nothing has happened and goes on without any voice coming from the sorcerer who came in late until the meeting ends two and a half hours after they started
"Shoko, go to my office and wait there. I will get something for us", Utahime suggests which Shoko nods in agreement
They go to separate ways. Utahime and Shoko agree to hang out a little in her room, catching up with their current lives after not seeing each other in a while. Shoko doesn't often come to Kyoto. Utahime is the opposite, she goes to Tokyo every now and then but usually it is related to work hence there is no time even for a short getaway with her kouhai. But now they do
Utahime inserts ¥200 coins into the slot. She gets soda for Shoko and cola for herself. Unintentionally, Utahime comes to notice a pair of concealed eyes staring at her at the end of the hallway through the glass of the vending machine. She swallows her saliva harshly. The feeling of being watched on is disturbing
Once the drinks drop into the pick-up box, she hurriedly bends over to take them and walks off back to her office room. Utahime looks to her back, checking if the white-haired sorcerer is still behind her. Thankfully not
