Joe P.O.V
"C'mon pick up...pick up."
Christie: Hello?
"Hey baby, just wanted to check in with you before I went in. Did you sleep okay?"
"I was until you woke me up by ringing my phone down.."
"C'mon Christie you're not still mad at me. I know my timing was bad but I just wanted to be honest"
"I'm not mad."
"She said angrily...I didn't mean to wake you up, I thought you were ignoring me like last night."
"Well now you know I wasn't. I really wanna go back to sleep Joe."
"Alright. I'll let you go. Well I'll be home tomorrow, with your birthday gift. I wish it didn't get delayed but I'll pick it up from our PO Box before I get home"
"Yeah whatever."
Man she really hates me right now. "I love you"

"Christie you know I'm not hanging up till you say it back"
"I love you too. Now can I please go back to sleep"
"Yes. Alright bye" 
Im sure you're wondering why Christie is so pissed at me, well what happened was—
Triple H: there he is! 
Stephanie: good morning Joe, looking sharp
"Thank you. Y'know I try haha" 
Stephanie: I hope you're ready for the press conference today. You'll be speaking second after hunter.
"Great. I'm excited that Mania is going back to New Orleans next year"
Triple H: yeah it's going to be great. By the way, we've been meaning to ask, how is Christie doing?
"Physically she feels great. I called to check in a few minutes ago but she was still sleeping so she's a little annoyed that I woke her up haha"
Stephanie: I'm sure some days it's not as easy to get a good nights sleep so I understand her frustration. Her pregnancy is still a secret right?
I nodded. "Yeah there's only a handful of people that know. Gossip spreads so quick in the locker room so we've kept it quiet. The brand split also helped because half the roster wouldn't see her more than 4 times a year anyway haha."
They both laughed. "So any idea yet what you guys are having or you won't find out?"
Triple: c'mon steph do you gotta be so nosy
"It's all good. We found out about 6 weeks ago. We're having a girl"
Steph: Aww that's so exciting. I'm so happy for you guys. Were you both hoping for a girl?
