TRAGIC ASA
(A Diamante poem)
Loved God 
Godly, Different 
Serving, Working, Distinguished 
Never Like his Father, Ending Terribly 
Unexpected, Shocking, Saddening 
Angry, Vengeful 
Abandoning GOD in the end. 





ROYAL 3’s BIO
King Asa; the great-grandson of Solomon. He was born at a time when his father, grandfather, and great-grandfather did not work according to God's plan yet he dared to be different by becoming a man whose heart was after God's will. 
It was not an easy ride for him but he was able to go through but (another annoying “but” coming up 🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️🤦🏾‍♀️😩😩). 
He did not end with a Cinderella story either (funny right; I don't still understand what was going on in his mind when he chose to get angry with God. Asa’s story was my favourite until I got to the point of learning that he allowed his anger to consume him).
Asa is still known for all the good works he did while being the King of Israel and even with his not-so-perfect ending (how many people have perfect endings before 🤷🏾🤷🏾?).
