5:12 ᴘ.ᴍ.I didn't believe Guadian Angels existed until today.
God answered my prayers.
Aleyah is truly my blessing in disguise and her heart was bigger than I had imagined.
When I met her she had just started going to the primary school I worked at.
She was constantly bullied and Tamoy helped her. Over the years she I grew closer to her seeing that thet were always with each other and she would always come over my house.
She spent so much time with me I thought her parents weren't taking care of her or she was afraid of her.
Come to find out she was from a wealthy family but her parents were hardly ever home.
There was never a day she didn't come to see me, unless she was ill.
I also cared for her other siblings on several occasions but they kept their distance.
I honestly thought her and Tamoy's friendship would have lasted but when I heard what my daughter did I was beyond baffled.
Aleyah has everything but she was never the type of girl to rub her wealth in anyone's face.
The way she behaves you wouldn't even think her family has money.
I thought that after my daughter and her fell out that would have stopped helping us but she stayed.
On weekends she would come and stay with us during the day and she would carry us groceries and new stuff for the baby every 2 weeks.
She treats us like her own family and even calls me Mom.
I've only met her parents once and they are the sweetest and her biological mother doesn't have a problem with her calling me Mom as well.
The past 6 months haven't been all that well.
I began speaking to this man and everything was going well until he became abusive and turned my home into a drug house.
It was then I found out he was the Don.
He even tried sleeping with my daughter.
I was at a point where I believed there was no hope for us and we would die before the year ended.
I though that Aleyah had reached her limit and was done with us.
Never in my would I have imagined that this is what she was up to all this time.
I will pay her back for this someday.
She released me from the hug and I stepped back wiping the tears from my face.
