Hours later, the search for Benjen Stark got put on hold, so they'd return back at castle black. Word got around that Alesia, a wildling, killed her own kind. In Westeros, killing your own for the other team means a lot. But craster was not killed for the watch, he was killed for Alesias own pleasure. They didn't need to know that though.

The men who attended the search started to respect Alesia a little bit more, praising her a bit to the other men in fact, and the rest hated her guts. She didn't care, all she cared was for her sister..

and maybe for someone else..
but that isn't up for discussion.

Gilly and Alesia took shelter at the nights watch, where Gilly would give birth to her baby. Both girls practical stayed in their room all day, with Alesia always being paranoid about Gilly and the baby.
Sam picks up the girls telling them they need to meet the maester, Sam also informs them that Jon is the new lord commander due to an election they had earlier that day.

Sam introduces Gilly and Alesia to Maester Aemon. Alesia didn't meet him yet due to her not being sociable at first and not wanting to speak to anyone.

"I know how this must look.." Sam said nervously.

The maester was quiet for a moment, Alesia realized he was blind, she giggled.

"What I meant was-" Sam tried to say but got interrupted by Gilly.
"I swear to you my lord we didn't-"

"I'm not a lord, my dear." The maester told.
"I'm not a lord for many many years. Every man who joins the nights watch renounces all former titles, among other things."

Alesia and Gilly looked at each other.

"What Is both of your names?" The maester asked.

"We are Alesia and Gilly." Alesia answered.

"Uh-huh, like the city and flower, lovely."
He had smiled.

"Yes, my-" Gilly then looked at Alesia and Sam for help with his title.

"Maester." They both whispered.

"Master." Gilly said.

"Maester." Sam told her again, Alesia giggled again.

"And Gilly, you are with child?" Aemon went on with the questions.

"Yes, I am."

"Have you picked a name yet?"

"Sam, if it's a boy.. or a girl too."

Alesia looked at Gilly and Sam, smiling at each other.

The maesters smile went down slightly.
"Tarly, do you remember the oath you sworn when you joined this order?"

"It's not my child, Maester Aemon." Sam clarified.
"They're two of Crasters wives."

"Was, maester Aemon," Alesia corrected.
"I killed him."

Aemon was too stunned to speak.

"I remember every word of the oath."
Sam went on to speak on that oath, and has a little speech about protection from the walkers.

The maester looked like he understood.
"Alesia, are you with child as well?"

"Oh, no maester.." Alesia stuttered.

"Alright, Alesia, Gilly, you will be our guest for the time being. We certainly cannot send you back to Crasters keep."

Alesia and Gilly began to thank him.
Gilly told him she can cook and clean, while Alesia said she'll help out with armory and nursing.
The maester then told Sam that 44 ravens at the last count and to make sure they are fed since they were flying that night.

All three were then excused and headed off to their rooms. Alesia led Gilly to their room with a kind hand behind her back, with Sam coming along making sure they get there safely. Jon was waiting by their door with Ghost, just in time.

Alesia sighed crossing her arms.

"Uhm Gilly, let's get you settled."
Sam said to ease the awkwardness and leave those two alone.

"I need to speak to you." Jon's quiet voice said.

Ghost rubbed his head against Alesia legs, which gave Alesia a slight smile.
They headed to the infirmary which was right next store for privacy. Ghost guarded the front.
