Sammy sat down at the dinner table with the rest of the Hemmings, with Luke sitting next to her. He smirked at her every once in a while, and she just rolls her eyes going back to eating. He did weird stuff as Sammy liked to describe it, like stepping on her leg and running his hand over her hip, it annoyed her, and she was wondering why he was such a jerk when it comes to dinner. "Stop." Sammy whispered to herself, kicking his leg under the table. He just smiled at her, but removed his hand because he knew by the look on Sammy's face she was truly annoyed. After dinner was over, Luke dragged her to the side, "Hey, you fan of sneaking out? or are you a goody two shoes?" He said in a hushed tone, and she scoffed.

"I've done it tons of times." She said vanitly.

"And where you used to go?" He asked, and she looked away.

"The backyard." She said, and he let out a hushed laugh.

"Alright then, tonight, we go beyond that." He said, and she knitted her eyebrows.

"Which movie's scenario did you swallow?" She joked, and he giggled.

"Just meet me at the back door at 12:30 alright?" Sammy nodded, "And wear something nice but keep it casual." He instructed and Sammy nodded, agreeing. It was now, 8:45 pm, so she had dozens of time to get ready and what not. "Luke, wait," She whisoer-shouted at him, and he turned around, "When do your parents sleep?" She asked him, "Around ten." He said, nodding his head slowly. She mumbled an 'okay' and he left.

And as on cue, during the movie, at 10:24 pm, the Hemmings parents went to catch dear sleep. But there was still a bigger problem which was Jack, sitting next to Sammy on the living room couch. Luckily for them, when it was midnight, he also went to sleep.

Sammy and Luke shot upstairs to their rooms to change. Sammy remembered Luke's demand, to wear something nice but casual. So, she pulled out a pair of black skinny jeans, and baggy blue light sweater. She wasn't sure, but she was satisfied. She went on with her black combat boots, and applied slight make-up, and she was ready.

She grabbed her phone and went downstairs to the back door. Luke was already there, wearing a skinny jeans and a pink floyd band tee. "Ready?" Luke smiled at her, and she nodded, tugging at her sleeves. They took off, going somewhere Sammy was still yet to familiarize. "So, why don't we take the car?" Sammy asked as they were walking around a corner.

"Just in case any of my parents wake up." He said and she nodded slowly. She didn't want to ask where they were going, because well, if he wanted her to know he would've told her. "Why don't you nag about me telling you where we're going like all girls?" He said, and chuckled. "Because if you wanted me to know, you would've told me." She shrugged, and he looked at her as if she were a piece of fine art. Moments of silence then washed over, but it was a convenient one, as Sammy locked her arm with Luke's, they walked down the blocks, until they reached their destination.

"Wow." Sammy exclaimed, as she saw the view of the place. They were in the look out. The view was fantastic. "I know, right?" Luke said, smiling at her as she looked at the whole city. It was all lit like a Christmas tree, everything was amazing.

"So, tell me," Luke said, as they both leaned forward on the railing. "What's your passion?" He asked, and she knitted her eyebrows but smiled anyway. "What's yours?" She asked, "Hey, You can't answer with a question." He said and they giggled. "Okay, I have lots of passions, so I don't know which one you want me to uncover." She said, and he smiled. "Okay, what do you want to study?" He asked, and she rolled her eyes.

"Okay, I'm gonna answer that, but stop with the mainstream question, deal?" She said, "Deal." He said, chuckling.

"I love marine biology." She said, and Luke nodded his head in an impressed way. "And why specifically marine?" He asked, and she sighed. "I love the idea of having a whole different world just beneath your feet." She said, smiling.

"That's great, you're really different from any girl I've ever come across my whole life." He told her, looking straight at her as she looked out the city. "Thank you." She blushed slightly. "So, you're not afraid of the ocean?" He asked, and she giggled.

"Ironically, I hate the ocean, or any water besides the swimming pool, honestly." She said, looking down. "Woah," He said, "How could you love the creatures of the ocean and the ocean being a fear of yours?" He asked, surprised.

"I guess, everyone has something they're afraid of." She said, looking at him. He nodded, scooting closer to her.

"So where am I on the list you've brought here?" She asked, and Luke was taken aback by the question. "What do you mean?" He asked. "How many girls did you bring here before me?" She wasn't jealous or anything, she was really just curious.

He giggled loudly, "No one." He said, and she narrowed her eyes at him, "You're absolutely kidding." She said, and he laughed, "Yeah, proves why I'm still a virgin." He said, his laugh soon dying down. "You're a virgin?" She asked, giggling. "Wha-Who sa- I said virgin?" He stuttered awkwardly and she giggled. "It's okay, buddy." She said, and he flushed madly.

"Are you?" He asked, and Sammy's face immediately dropped. "What's wrong, did I offend you?" She looked down, not speaking a word.

"What is it, Sam?" He said, "It's nothing, okay? Can we just leave?" She said, and he refused to leave until he knew.

She suddenly started crying, taking a seat on the floor. He hugged her from the side, although he really didn't know what was going on.
