Today was the day that me and Maverick decided to meet up and hang out with each other. I was very, very excited. Ever since what happened in the car I've been wanting to see him. So now, I was waiting at my house for him to come pick me up. I was wearing a sweater he thought looked nice and a pair of jeans. I wanted to look nice for whenever he came.
About 10 or so minutes, he pulled into my driveway. He waved, and I walked to his truck. I opened the passenger door and got in while I put my bag in the floorboard.
"Do you always carry that bag around with you?" Maverick asked, as he looked at me. I nodded at him and buckled my seat belt. He smiled and started pulling out of the driveway. "So what do you wanna do?" He asked another question.
"We could watch a movie, go to my house, go to the park, the beach, the river, take a walk in the forest, I could take you out to eat, or.. we could do something.. a bit more intimate?" He suggested with a smirk as he looked over at me.
My eyes widened, and my face turned a bright red.
He chuckled. "I'm just joking about that last one. I'll let you calm down and think on those options for a moment."
A few minutes passed as I thought about it, looking down at my legs. "Can we go to your house?" I asked, looking up at him again. I was trying not to seem too excited.
"Okay," He said, taking a turn. He took one of his hands off the wheel and placed it on top of the center console, and he looked over at me for a moment. He looked back at the road.
"You don't like hand holding hm?" He asked.
I paused, and realized he wanted to hold hands. "Sorry.. I've never really been in a relationship like this before." I said, softly putting my hand in his. He intertwined our fingers and continued looking at the road. I blushed and look out of the side window as he drove.
He went around for a while, and would occasionally point things out that he liked or thought I would like. He always made my heart flutter whenever he looked and spoke to me. Especially whenever he smiled.
Once we finally got to his house, he turned the truck off and got out. He went to my door and opened it for me as I got my bag ready. I got out of the truck and stared at him for a moment, a light smile crossing my face.
He shut the door and turned the truck off. We walked to the front door of the house, and he opened the door, letting me walk in first. I walked into the house, with him coming in soon after me. He shut the door, and locked it.
"My parent's went out today, so we could pretty much do whatever.. Make yourself comfortable." Maverick said, putting his keys on the kitchen counter and looking back at me.
"Okay.." I mumbled, taking a small glance around all of the house I can see now. His house was a bit bigger than mine.
He smiled, and walked to me. "You don't know what you want to do, do you?" He chuckled. He softly reached up and held my face with his left hand, his thumb stroking my cheek. This made my face heat up.
"Not really, I was hoping you would choose what we got to do." I said, leaning into his touch.
"Well.." He looked up, thinking for a few moments. "Honestly.. we don't have much to do in our house as in family-like stuff.. so, going to my room and seeing what we have to do in there would be the best thing to do, I have a bunch of random shit in there."
I nodded, and I softly held his other hand, waiting for him to walk me there. He smiled, and started walking to his room with me following closely behind him.
He opened the door, walking in and taking me with him. He shut the door behind us and looked back at me.
"Take a look around, find whatever you wanna do." Maverick said, a small smile plastered on his face. He let go of my hand and went to sit down in his chair at his desk.
I took a look around his room first before walking around. His room was dark, mainly colored in black, white, and red. I knew those were his favorite colors. There were various pictures and posters on the wall, as well as some letters from I'm guessing family members or friends. His desk had a computer, a small sketchbook, and some other random items. He had some stuffed animals too, which I thought was cute. His closet was closed, and next to it was a bookshelf with books, games, and some figurines. He had some containers filled with art supplies too.
I took a few steps around, then I decided to go to the containers of art supplies. I pulled one out from the shelf and set it on the ground. I got on my knees and started to look through it. I found a pack of nice pens, and started to read the front of it.
"Those are pens you can use on your skin." Maverick mumbled, watching me read it.
"Really?" I asked, looking back at him. He nodded as a reply.
I walked to him and opened the package, setting it down on his desk as I pulled one out. A small smile crossed my face as I softly held his hand and drew a heart on it.
"Hey!" He said playfully with a laugh.
"I wanted to try them out on you." I said.
"Don't you think my skin is already beautiful?" He said while motioning to his arm. He was right, he had beautiful tan skin.
"Well.. yeah.." I said, looking away.
He smiled. "I was joking, Ace. You can draw whatever you want on me." Maverick said.
"Okay.. Where do you want me to draw on you?" I asked.
Maverick paused, and thought a moment. He then moved his arms, lifting up his shirt, taking it off. "I did say whatever, so I guess I should say anywhere too." He muttered.
I blushed a bit as I stared. I leaned forward, and I drew a small smiley face above his collarbone. He moved a bit at the sudden touch, but he eventually stayed still.
We were like that for a while, me drawing on Maverick's body while he stays as still as a statue. I often drew flowers and hearts on him and mostly in our favorite colors. He liked warmer colors like red and pink, but I like cooler colors like blue and purple. About an hour of this went past, and he eventually pulled me into his lap while I drew.
"What are you doing?" I asked, turning a bright red.
"Wouldn't it be easier for you if you were closer?" He said, staring at me.
"O-Oh.. I guess you're right about that." I stuttered.
I continued to draw on him, our faces inches away from each other. His hands rested softly on my waist. I put the pen down that I was using, and smiled.
"I'm done." I said, softly running my hand over some drawings I made on his arms.
Maverick blushed a little and nodded. He took my face in his hands, and leaned forward. His lips met mine, but it was a lot softer than the time I kissed him in the truck. I held onto him, and I kissed back. He didn't break it for a minute or two before he pulled back and smiled at me.
"You're so cute." He said, which made me pause.
"I am not!" I said, crossing my arms.
He chuckled. "Whatever you say, sweetheart."
He leaned back in, kissing me again. I kissed back, moving my hands and holding his face as well. We continued to kiss each other, eventually our tongues intertwining. It was quiet except for our breath and kisses.
We were interrupted by my phone ringing. I almost didn't think about picking it up before Maverick spoke.
"You should answer that." He said, his voice a bit breathy from what had happened. I nodded, and got off of his lap. I took my phone out of my pocket, and I answered the call I was getting. Maverick watched me as I talked.
I hung up the phone, before turning to Maverick. "My parent's want me to come home." I sighed.
He nodded, and stood up while he put his shirt back on. The drawing still showed on his neck and his arms. "Then let's take you home." He said.
He took my hand, and led me to the front door. He went to kitchen to grab his keys really quick before he came back and led me to the truck. He opened the passenger door, closing it behind me after I got in. He went to the drivers side, getting in and starting the truck.
I put my bag on the floor, yawning and buckling my seat belt. He did the same, and pulled out of the driveway. We held hands as he drove me home.
