P.o.V Charles Leclerc

Screams are howling through the corridors, people are running , I can't move, my body is paralysed. It's getting darker, lights are flickering. Darkness. Laughing. Lights turning back on, blood everywhere, body's on the floor. Eyes focused on a blurry figure, trenched in blood. A satisfied grin with emotionless eyes. No sound is leaving my lips, I can't scream.

The Person is moving towards me. I am going to die. I stare directly into their eyes, nothing emptiness, not a single emotion. Sharp pain runs through my body, my scream inaudible. Words, I can't interpret. Another stinging pain, breathing gets heavier. Blackout.

My eyes shut open, while I let out a scream, which is filled with fear. Eyes are on me. "Charles is everything okay?" Frederick asks me. I fell asleep during a meeting, the sleepless nights are showing. Every night, the same nightmares. It's getting worse as time goes on. "Charles?" my team principal approaches me.

"I don't feel well" I answer him. I want to go home, but I am stuck in Bahrain. My whole team is still staring at me. Make it stop. Nobody talks, the room is silent.

"We are finished here, all of you get some rest" Frederick ends the meeting. "Charles stay behind a moment" he looks at me. I breath out a little louder, I am in trouble. Everybody is leaving the room. "I don't know, what is up with you, but I consider do remove you from the race this weekend." he speaks. No I want to race.

"No, I can participate, please. I just got a stomach bug, which kept me up all night, I promise I'll be fit by tomorrow" I try to convince him. He doesn't seem convinced. "I promise it, I will get a good night rest and be as ready as it's possible." I try everything.

"Fine, but if I think you are a danger to yourself or others I will not let you near anything driveable" he tells me in a strict voice.

I nod "Understood", with this I am leaving the room. I walk towards the hotel, there are people in the lobby. They are not as happy as usual, it has to do with the death of these innocent people. My eyes are focused on the floor, I am not watching where I am going.

My legs make me nearly fall, because I bumped into someone. "Ey- watch were you are heading" a familiar voice jokes. I look up. "You look terrible" he states. "I agree you look like a ghost" the other one says slightly concerned.

"Terrible night" is everything I can replay. I look at them. Lando makes a face while thinking.

"You know, Carlos told me you are somehow not yourself, maybe you need a little distraction. Max, Pierre, Alex, Carlos and I wanted to go our for dinner, do you want to join us" he smiles at me. Lando does everything for everybody. "Ey bud you at least own me this after almost losing my keys" he laughs.

"This isn't even a discussion, you need this right now. I bet you going to like to see how we make Lando eat sushi" Max explains with a slight giggle. "We are not going to a Sushi place." Lando slucks, which made me laugh a little. "See you like this idea, so we are meeting up in about an hour right here." the Dutch explains, while the younger one is still pouting.

There is no way out right now, at least I can watch out for them this way. "Okay fine, you convinced me, but I am not staying up to long I need a good night sleep." I say defeated. "So what are we going to eat?" I ask them, I really want to know.

"Sushi" Max smiles. "NO IT'S FISH" Lando complains. "You know there is vegetarian Sushi without fish? the older one raises an eyebrow. "IT'S STILL NEAR FISH" the british agures, which cause both of us to laugh. "Jokes aside, I think Alex wanted to check out the place down the street" Max tells me still amused about Landos reaction.

"Sounds good, I'll be here in an hour" I raise my hand leave for my room. To be honest, I still don't want to go out with them, but maybe they are right and I need a distraction. After I fresh up myself in the bathroom a little, I get dressed appropriate. As my eyes get a look at the clock, I notice I still have time left, so I sit down on the bed, while I unlock my phone.
