"Hey." Puck said when Finn let him into his house.

"Hey." Finn replied.

"So I've been thinking." Puck began. "If you're really serious about getting married-"

"I am." Finn interrupted.

"Okay, well, before you do, have you considered what else is out there?" Puck wondered as Carole entered the room with the laundry basket. "Oh, hey, Mrs. H."

"Hi, Puck." Carole smiled. "What's up?"

"I'm gonna drag Finn to a couple of places tonight." Puck answered. "To show him what getting married at eighteen will ruin for him."

"I think that could be good for him." Carole noted. "But if you're still with Quinn, behave yourself."

"I will." Puck promised. "Come on, Finn."

"I'm really not interested." Finn shook his head. "I'm going through with it. I'm getting married."

"Okay." Puck shrugged. "Well, if you're getting married, then you have to learn how to be a grown up."

"I am a grown up." Finn insisted.

"Your mom's doing your laundry right now." Puck noted, looking at Carole.

"Mom, will you excuse us?" Finn requested.

Carole exited the room and went into the kitchen.

"I'm just saying." Puck said. "If you're getting married-"

"Stop saying if." Finn cut Puck off. "We are."

"Okay." Puck muttered. "Then you need to learn how to take care of a home. You have to learn how to cook and clean and pay bills and do laundry. Who do you think's gonna have to take care of all that when you guys are on your own?"

Finn didn't say anything, and Puck could tell he hadn't even thought about it.

"You guys just had sex for the first time, like, last month." Puck noted.

"Puck." Finn scolded, giving him a look. "My mom's right inside."

"You're getting married, dummy." Puck responded with a smirk. "But I mean, come on, Finn. Berry's high maintenance and you have no idea what it'll be like living with her."

"So we'll figure it out." Finn said.

"You've never even had a sleepover with her." Puck stated. "What if she has some weird bedtime ritual or something?"

Finn didn't say anything.

"All I'm saying is you need to really learn what you're getting yourself into before you say I do and get trapped." Puck suggested.

"Like you knew what you were getting into when you trapped yourself by getting Quinn pregnant?" Finn retorted.

"Watch it." Puck hissed. "'Cause I told Quinn I wouldn't literally knock some sense into you, but if you talk about my girls like that, then I will."

"I'm just saying." Finn shrugged. "Isn't that the truth?"

"It's not." Puck argued. "There's a big difference."

"And what's that?" Finn wondered.

"I came over here because I'm actually looking out for you, as your best friend." Puck said. "You're taking shots because you're mad."

Finn folded his arms.

"And I'm totally telling Beth you said that." Puck added as the front door opened and Kurt entered. "Besides, you're only mad because you know I'm right. Hey, Kurt."

"Puckerman." Kurt nodded at Puck. "What are you right about?"

"I think Finn's making a mistake getting married." Puck answered.

"You are right." Kurt replied. "Finn's only marrying Rachel because he thinks he doesn't have a future of his own."

"That's not true." Finn said.

"Then explain it." Kurt demanded, folding his arms. "Because I love Blaine, but I wouldn't put him before my whole future and he wouldn't put me before his. And we shouldn't. We're young and we have so much potential."

"And so do you." Puck told Finn. "You could come to L.A. with me or go to college or something."

Finn didn't say anything.

"Don't give up on yourself, Finn." Kurt advised him before walking away.

"Kurt's right." Puck added. He took a deep breath and exhaled. "I gotta go. I have to talk to Beth about what you said."

"Puck." Finn scolded.

"Just take some time to think about things, okay?" Puck requested. "Whatever you decide, I'll be as supportive of you as I can be, but please just think it over."

"If we get married, Beth can be the flower girl." Finn bartered.

"If." Puck smirked as he walked to the door. "Later, man."
