sevyn rushed into the hospital and straight to the front desk in a panic
" where is he ? za'mir griffen " sevyn said impatiently
" he's in room 207 , the last room on the left " she said looking up from her computer
" thank you so much " sevyn said
she called tooda , kai and maya to the hospital to let them know what was going on before she walked in the room
" oh my god mir " she said going over to him as i felt the tears come down my face
just then a doctor came in and i looked over to her
" hi are you his girlfriend ?"the asked sevyn
" yes , what's wrong with him " sevyn asked getting impatient
" he's fine , he was in a car accident but he should be up soon " she said making sevyn release the breath she didn't know she was holding in
" do you have a way of calling his immediate family ?" she asked sevyn
" yes , lemme call his mom " sevyn said digging through her purse for her phone
she pulled out her phone , going to her contacts and clicking of mir's mom contact before calling her
just then maya , kai , tooda , and kori all busted in the room
sevyn let out a little laugh as she seen the doctors confused face
" fuck man " tooda said as he walked over to mir looking at him
" is he gonna be okay ?" kori asked as maya co-signed
" yes he will be fine , but for right now only two people at a time " the doctor said making kai mug her
" oh covid long gone , whatchu want us to wear a mask ? cause we ain't leaving " kai said sitting down on a chair
" well sir , it's actually what's best for his health right now " the doctor said
" we're what's best for his health " tooda said making me laugh at this sad moment
" cmon y'all , let's just go before they don't let us back in here later " maya said
" mmcht ight " kai said standing up as everyone walked out
sevyn sat there at his bedside watching him breath as she laid on his chest feeling herself start to cry again
their friends being there helped lift the mood but she was honestly still sad
she cried for a minute before she ended up falling asleep there

almost an hour later sevyn jumped up as she heard someone bust in mir's hospital room
she looked up seeing it was mir's mom
" oh my goodness , what happened to him" mir's mom said rushing over to his bedside
" he got into an accident , but they said he should be up soon " sevyn told his mom as she held his hand
" my baby " she said leaning down to hug him
" how long have you been here ?" mir's mom asked looking up at sevyn
" over 2 hours now " sevyn said looking up as she wiped her puffy eyes
" cmere baby " mir's mom said as she held her arms out to hug sevyn
they embraced each other as they both cried wishing the best for mir .
" cmon baby , we gon get you fed and home okay ?" mir's mom said looking at sevyn as they pulled away
" okay " sevyn said grabbing her purse before leaning down the kiss mir
" thank you for being here for my baby , he truly deserves someone like you " mir's mom said as they left out his hospital room .
