Tony is seen sneaking around the ship watching from above. Suddenly, he feels a tap on the arm. He raises his hand to it, ready to shoot, but he sees Strange's cloak and stands down.
Tony: "Wow you're a seriously loyal piece of outerwear, aren't you?"
Y/n: "Yeah, uh, speaking of loyalty..."
Tony: "What the-"
Y/n appears from the ceiling, repelling to the ground, unmasked, before landing softly in front of Tony. 
Y/n: "Look, I know what you're already gonna say"
Tony: "You should not be here"
Y/n: "I know that" 
Tony: "I don't wanna hear it-"
Y/n then shoots a web to Tony's mouth, shutting him up.
Y/n: "Then listen. There's no going back for me here, and can you just think I'm here for you like you normally do? Besides, you gotta need someone to trust to watch your back"
Tony then sighs through his nose before gesturing the web covering his mouth. Content with what he has to say, Y/n carefully rips the web off of Tony's mouth, allowing him to speak once again. 
Tony: "Look, this isn't Coney Island. This isn't a field trip. It's a one-way ticket. You hear me?"
Y/n: "Yeah, I kinda got that with the whole outer space thing"
Tony: "So you get what I'm trying to say! And don't pretend like you thought this through. You could not have possibly thought this through"
Y/n: "But I did think this through" 
Y/n: (No I didn't)
Tony: "You could not have possibly thought this through"
Y/n: "Tony, listen to me. You have so much to live for, you have a WIFE!"
Tony: "Fiancee. Wait, how'd you know Pepper and I are engaged?"
Y/n: "Come on, it's bound to happen. Look-doesn't matter. What does matter, is you coming back alive. You're part of Earth's mightiest heroes, The Avengers. And if Earth's heroes need saving, who's gonna be there to save them? That's where I come in"
Seeing the determination in Y/n's eyes, Tony relents before gesturing Y/n over to the edge with him. 
Tony: "See him down there? He's in trouble. What's your plan? Go"
Y/n: "Wow, so you're just gonna put me on the spot like that?" 
Tony: "Chop-chop, kid"
Y/n: "Okay, fine"
Y/n crouches to the edge, observing the room. Ebony Maw seemed to have the wizard suspended in the air while being punctured by large needles made of glass.
Y/n: "God, I just really hate Wizards...And now we're about to save him from a telekinetic alien. Man, what a life" 
Tony: "Less chatting, more thinking of a plan"
Y/n: "Oh, I already thought of a plan"
Y/n stood up from the edge before walking up to Tony. 
Y/n: "You've seen the movie "Aliens", right?"




Ebony Maw: "Painful aren't they? They were originally designed for microsurgery. And any one of them..."
He turns to see Stark in his Iron Man suit landing behind him.
Ebony Maw: "...could end your friend's life in an instant"
Tony: "I gotta tell you, he's not really my friend. Saving his life is more a professional courtesy"
