"ja aber nur weil ich dich liebe." (yeah but just cause i love you.) madi winked.
"ich liebe dich auch aber matt ein bisschen mehr." (i love you too but i love matt a little more.) you exclaimed as a joke
"WAIT WHAT?" madi asked shocked.
"what's up i heard my name?" matt said.
"nichts hab nur scherze gerissen." (nothing i was just playing around) you said half truthfully.
"don't know what it means but okay whatever you say." he shrugged it off knowing you won't give in for now.
"i know for a fact that's half true what you just said, i'll find out soon enough just wait until i tell nick." the girl kind of whispered but not really.
"okay okay aber sag ihm noch nichts, ich werde es ihm eh bald sagen." (okay okay but don't say anything to him yet, i will tell him soon.) you said. 
"okay." madi replied.
"so, what are we going to do today?" nick asked everyone on the table.
"uh, let's go to target and see where it brings us?" matt suggested.
"alright."
"i'm down."
"warum nicht." (why not)
"okay."
and so, it brought you all to a movie marathon at your apartment, with many snacks all over the couch and the table, larray and arrington joining y'all cause, why the hell not?
until that moment, matt was about to lose his patience with you.
throughout the whole day he tried almost everything he could think of to get you to finally speak to him so he could understand what was being said.
now the last attempt HAD to work, it was the only thing left he could think of to do.
"can you help me with the blankets?" matt asked getting your attention.
"ja." (yeah) walking over to him as he went up the stairs, u followed him, unaware of what's about to happen.
just as you turned to the left side of the corner, matt gently pushed u to the wall, leaving no space between the two of you as he collided his plump pink lips with yours.
shocked, you took a second to realize what was happening before kissing him back just as gentle and passionate.
his hands stayed on your waist, ur chest against his while you swung your arms around his shoulders, bringing him even closer if it was humanly possible.
the feeling of his lips moving against yours was indescribable. it just felt so natural.
the feeling of being free without having any second thoughts, not having to worry about anything and just melting into the kiss like an ice cream when it's been in the sun for too long, knowing that everything will be okay in the end if you are with him.
that's the best way to describe it even though it's much better than that.
due to the lack of oxygen, the both of you pulled away slowly, his forehead against yours while staring deeply into each others eyes, too speechless from the kiss to say anything yet, heavy breaths coming from both of you was the only thing being heard.
