You blink your eyes open slowly, your black and silent setting giving way to one that was slightly bright and unknown.

Groaning slowly, you feel how much pain your stomach and your head are in.

And then you feel how restrained your ankles and wrists are.

Blinking a few more times, you take in your surroundings better, and you realize that you're in a room made completely out of a very solid wood. Wincing as you turn your head to look around, you see that you're in a bedroom.

And you were in a good sized bed, at that.

It was actually rather nice, but you were feeling a bad anxiety pick up.

Who's room were you in? Who's house?!

You turn on one side carefully, but before you can start to get free by making yourself go through a weird angle to get your arms to be back at your front, the bedroom door opens.

It's that same man from before! He's less angry, for sure, but he's still glaring at you.

So you glare back instantly.

It's a contest for a few minutes before the man is walking over and yanking you up by the front of your shirt. Growling at him, you ignore the fact that he smells rather good up close.

"Do you never listen to what I say? Unhand me!"

"You know, for a pathetic being that claims you aren't a mortal, you sure do act like one. Perhaps I should kill you now."

"And who are you, exactly? Better yet, why have you kidnapped me?! And put me down!" He drops you without an ounce of gentle handling, but you land perfectly balanced on your feet despite having your ankles bound.

"Such an annoying trap. I'll enjoy gagging that pretty mouth of yours if you don't shut up."

"As if you could get me to-!"

You let out a loud gasp of surprise when you find yourself getting turned around and slammed a bit roughly up against the nearest wall face first.

"If you continue to test my patience, I will put you in your place."

Your head hurts as the side of your face is pressed up against the cold wood, and you can feel his chest pressed up against your back.

Your hormones could too, despite how uncomfortably close and tight his grip was on you. You growled under your breath, more at yourself again than this man.

Because he was kinda intoxicating with this air of dominance. And you hated yourself for even thinking in this manner.

Especially at a time like this, no less!

Scoffing, you bite the inside of your cheek some and obey.

Once you're quiet, you feel your ankles get some freedom, but your wrists stay bound together. The pressure of this man is lifted off of you, and you feel relief at not being sandwiched against the wall. That doesn't mean you don't glare at the man when you're able to move.

He starts walking out of the room, and you roll your shoulders and go to follow him despite the curses flying off in your head behind his back.

A rather nice looking back, at that, you have to admit. Not aloud, though. Never.

The only thing that distracts you from the man walking in front of you is the interior of this house.

It was rather clean and tidy, and held an air of, dare you say, divinity.

Your eyebrow quirks up at this, maybe you were more out of touch than you originally thought. Then again, you had to assume that he wasn't mortal himself. Other than the fact that he was killing off mortals.
