"Whoa, hold up. You're saying that we were supposed to die?" Rocket asked, looking freaked out. 
Hazel nodded, as though it was obvious. "Of course. You were destined to be able to harness the power to save everyone just before you died. It was your fate. Now, since you didn't, the tapestry got all messed up and I had to start a new one." 
Luke huffed. "I think them not dying is more important than the quality of your tapestry, Levesque." 
"Ooh, he used the last name," Leo stage whispered excitedly. He loved watching drama unfold. 
Hazel glared at Luke. "Well, sorry for being offended when someone messes with my domain! How would you like it if someone was denied a second chance at life, huh?" 
"I would be pissed! But that's someone's life, not some tapestry!" 
Hazel groaned. "You don't understand, Castellan! My tapestries represent the course of people's lives! If my tapestry is ruined, then people's destiny is changed completely. If I'm prepared, I can weave fate to keep their destiny on track! When those five didn't die, fifteen people who were supposed to live for a few more decades died within the week! One of them was destined to cure cancer here on Terra!" 
After Hazel had finished and Luke looked properly chastised, I stepped in. "Wonderful. Thank you, Hazel, for reminding everyone that all domains need to be respected. Now, shall we get started on coming up with a plan?" 
Nico nodded and turned to me. "If you are more powerful than these stones, can't you just put everything back the way it was?" 
I shook my head. "No. The stones caused this, and only the stones can reverse it." 
"Hold up!" Wanda announced. "We need a better explanation. We don't know who you are, we don't know what most of you even look like, all we know is that your leader is more powerful than the infinity stones, which are the most powerful things in the universe." 
My family all turned to me, awaiting my decision. I nodded to the mortals. "This alliance needs to be built on trust. It is only fair that you know who we are." I gestured to my family. "Let us have proper introductions." 
My team nodded, trusting me fully. They lowered their hoods. Nico looked at me, obviously waiting for me to start. 
I nodded and started to introduce my family, gesturing to each one as I said their name. "This is Nico di Angelo, my second in command, Luke Castellan, my third in command, Zoe Nightshade, Sarah Copel, Silena Beckendorf, Hazel Zhang, Charles Beckendorf, Will Solace is the one who left, Jack Holland, John Baker, Leo Valdez, Frank Zhang, Michael Yew, and Ethan Nakamura is the one who took my son, Jamison, out for treats." 
Shield man introduced them. "I'm Steve Rogers. This is Natasha Romanoff, Bruce Banner, Wanda Maximoff, Rocket, and Thor Odinson." 
I frowned. "I am assuming that this is only part of your team?" 
Immediately the mortals winced. Steve nodded. "Yes. Bucky Barnes, Sam Wilson, James Rhodes, Director Fury, T'Challa, and Vision are gone." 
I froze. "Did you say Fury? As in, Nicholas Fury?" 
They nodded. "Yeah." 
I started pacing. "This is terrible. She is going to be furious." I muttered. 
Just then, Will walked back in. "Turns out Carol was already on her way. Apparently, Nick used that pager she gave him." 
I opened my mouth to respond, when I suddenly felt another surge of power, this one more powerful than the last. "0295-S." I muttered.  
"What?" Wanda asked. 
I looked her straight in the eyes. "0295-S." I repeated. "That, Ms. Maximoff, is where Thanos is located." 
Will looked at me nervously. "0295-S is unpopulated. It's just for food production for 0295-B." 
I nodded. "I am aware of that, Will. Believe it or not, I do know such things. Thanos may have escaped my attention, but that does not apply to the rest of the universe." Will blushed silver, remembering that I literally see and know everything, since it is my domain. The magic that Thanos used to hide from me was powerful, but it wasn't perfect. "We need to wait for Ms. Danvers to get here before we leave.
"Silena, I need you to help me negotiate with the mortals. I would ask Nico, but we do not need any more deaths. Nico, you take care of getting the fallen warriors proper funeral rites. Will, please keep him from attacking anyone. Beck, you and Leo should upgrade some of the mortal's weapons. Jack, Hazel, I need you to work on some basic magical defenses. Frank, go with them in case they need your help. Everyone else, scout the perimeter. The others shall join you when they have finished their tasks. We do not know if he will be back." 
Everyone nodded and went to work.
