"That's not an ending to a story!" a child whined.
"That wasn't the ending," the babysitter replied.
The children's parents walked in the door.
"What's this whining we hear?" the mother asked.
"The babysitter won't finish the story!" another child answered.
"Oh, well she'll just have to come back next time in order to finish it," the father told his children.
The babysitter smiled. And walked out of the bedroom.
The parents followed the teenager into the living room.
"Clearly, they loved your story. When are you available to come back and finish it?" the mother asked.
"Whatever time works best for you," the babysitter replied.
"Thank you," the parents said at the same time.
"No problem. I love children. Especially those with an imagination."
The parents nodded and escorted the teenager out of their house. The children laid in their beds dreaming of what might happen next.
