The next few chapters will likely be longer in length as we get to the end of the year! After they graduate the third book- Peacekeepers- will start!

"Alright, we ready?" Ominis held his wand up, the supplies having been delivered for the greenhouse. It was only a short distance from their home, but he'd been sure to leave plenty of room toward the back of the house for the future.

"Yup, according to the plans. 25 by 15 meters." Sebastian said, raising his wand as well as he stood at the other side of the small strings set into the ground to map out where it was going to be. They'd already flattened the area to prepare it, and now they were ready to go.

"It's even bigger than the greenhouses at Hogwarts, ugh I'm so excited!" Diane said happily. "I'll try adding in a bit of ancient detail too." She grinned.

"Don't overdo yourself, sweet. Building with ancient magic takes a lot out of you still." Ominis warned with a soft smile.

"I won't. Just small details. I can always add more later." She chuckled.

"Alright, on three then. I'll do the frames, Ominis does the windows and Diane does the roof. 1.... 2... 3!"

Sebastian waved his wand, materials flying from the pile as he concentrated, bars lining up along the ground before bolts spun into place. With his rougher touch he was perfect for this part, twisting the bolts tight to keep them in place permanently before moving on to the next bar. Soon the framework was done, the last bolt spinning into place. "Alright Ominis-"

Ominis let his eyes glow brightly, the distance he could see temporarily increased as he brought up the large window panes, setting them into place. They were on either side of the frame bars, giving an air pocket that according to Diane would keep the temperature inside the greenhouse more regulated. The glass panes were held into place by heavy wooden frames, hinged so they could be cracked open to allow airflow.

Ominis' attention to detail and steady hand helped best with this part, twisting his wand slightly this way or that, flicking gently when it wasn't in just the right spot.

The last window was set in and he sighed in relief, letting the glow of his eyes fade. He rubbed his head a bit from the amount of concentration that had taken but smiled in satisfaction. "Alright Diane, time to finish it off."

"Right." Diane smiled happily, her sheer power helping to lift the massive piece of metal roofing into place to hold it steady while Ominis and Sebastian worked at setting the screws into place on its frame.

She gently let it down, holding her breath that it had all turned out well. There was a soft sound of metal shifting into place, and the greenhouse stood complete.

"Yes!" Diane cheered happily, and immediately ran inside the door.

Sebastian laughed at how eager she was as she summoned her potting tables she'd taken out of the room of requirement, setting them into place along the walls and then marveled as it only filled a small part of the greenhouse.

"Look how much room there is!" She said happily, turning toward them as they walked in as well. "Thank you so much, both of you." She turned back to them happily, giving them both a kiss.

"Now we have to bring your monstrosity over here." Sebastian sighed wearily.

"I'm not looking forward to moving it." Ominis muttered.

Diane chuckled and set a hand on either of their chests as she looked between them. "Don't worry so much, it'll be fine, then we won't have to move it again."
