Everything will be back to normal on Monday. That was the first and hopeful thought of Krist. But he was totally wrong.

New had ended everything with May shortly after finding out about the betrayal - in fact, she was making out with Jong. But he had resented Krist for keeping the truth from him. Despite understanding that his friend was feeling betrayed, Krist doubted New would have acted much differently had he been in his shoes. Or would it?

As soon as he arrived at the uni, Krist looked for New, but his friend had not yet arrived. Instead, he found Off and Gun in the Medical College cafeteria.

"You look terrible," Gun said, as soon as Krist sat across from him.

"New isn't talking to you yet?" Off asked, more understanding than his boyfriend.

"Do you think he's going to forgive me?" the apprehension was visible in Krist's voice. He couldn't imagine his life without New being a part of it.

"I'm sure he will. Give him some time," Gun comforted him.

While Gun was trying to bring up other topics that had happened at the party to try to cheer Krist up, the boy started looking around for someone else: Gawin.

"New isn't coming today," Off said, misunderstanding Krist's reaction.

"Why?" Krist questioned.

"Being honest? He just didn't want to see you," Gun said bluntly.

Off landed a light punch on Gun's shoulder, but no scolding was needed. Krist knew that was true and that Gun wasn't being mean, he was just telling the truth. He wanted the opportunity to talk to New and clear things up, but he knew he should give his friend some space, things would go back to normal, he hoped.

Without New, Krist went to Anatomy class alone. For some reason, Mike hadn't gone to college that day either.

As soon as he entered the room, Krist's gaze swept the room, looking for Gawin, but the boy still hadn't arrived. Krist hoped he wouldn't miss class either, because it seemed like everything was going wrong for him. What if he'd destroyed any chance of a story with Gawin because of that crazy reaction at the party?

The teacher entered the room and began to explain the subject, while Krist pretended to pay attention. Every minute, his eyes darted apprehensively to the door, waiting for Gawin to appear.

Until it finally happened!

Gawin entered the classroom, silently as he always did, past Krist, who expressed a smile but was ignored.

Of course, that had happened too. What else was could go wrong that day? But he wasn't ready to give up. Gawin was the only thing minimally interesting in his life at that moment, and he didn't want to lose that feeling that was making him feel alive again.

As soon as the class was over, Krist started to pack his things and almost missed the moment when Gawin walked past him and left the room. So, he thought he could kiss him one day and ignore him the next? That wasn't how things worked with him.

Krist slung his backpack over his shoulder and hurried after Gawin. At first, he thought he had lost sight of the boy, but he spotted him at the end of the corridor, facing the elevator. Krist ran up to where Gawin was and slapped him hard on the shoulder, catching the boy's attention.

"So, it's going to be like this?"

Gawin looked at him and Krist tried to read what was in the boy's eyes. He didn't look like one of those scoundrels who went around kissing someone and pretending they didn't exist. So, what was wrong?
