JUST TO CLARIFY PARTS OF THIS STORY WILL BE CANON, ALONG WITH MY OWN CONTRIBUTIONS.
In the past, a few hundred years ago, the world had strong heroes such as: The Avengers, the Fantastic 4, the X-Men, and other hero organizations that helped defend the earth against threats. The Golden Age of heroes is short-lived nowadays, but their immortal teammates & descendants carried on their legacies.
Unfortunately, some parts of the world thought it would be best to have professional heroes to work in their countries. Japan is one of the several countries with a hero system that required a hero license for hero work. Which is why most hero organizations had stayed in their home countries commonly the United States of America.
Japan had UA become a college instead, so their students will be more mature & ready for hero work. (Our main characters will be 18 years old in their 1st years.)
THERE WILL BE SUPRISES IN THIS STORY.
Deku Background:
Izuku Midoriya was in a family of 3: consisting of him, his sister Izumi, mother Inko, but his father Hisashi was overseas at the time. Both Izuku and Izumi wanted to be great heroes, but Izumi was the only twin to have a quirk (Stronger Telekinesis than her mom), while Izuku was diagnosed as Quirkless. After the checkup, Izuku's sister & mom were annoyed by his results, shortly after this Hisashi Midoriya mysteriously stopped his connection/communication to his family. They were upset by their father/husband's act, but Izuku's sister & mom would blame Izuku for this and would then neglect him for the rest of his life. Izuku's sister would always bully him & their mother would just pretend he doesn't exist and focused only on her daughter, when everyone at school were talking about their checked-out quirks, they would admire the strongest who would be Izumi, the Bakugo Twins, and the Todoroki Twins. Just like in canon, Bakugo would always bully him when he had the chance & the other kids would also participate to boost their popularity. Izuku still tried his best to become a hero but would suffer minor mental problems from all the torment he would get caught during this.
For the start of the story, everything will take place during their younger years just months after getting their quirks checked out. The first part of the story takes place in a playground.
Katsuki - Deku that must be what you call a helpless loser.

Katsumi (Katsuki's Twin Sister) - Because no matter what others say you still try to be hero even though you're so totally helpless.
