*melias POV*
I was sitting in my room currently scrolling thru tiktok waiting for my mom to scream "Melia we have to go"
cause today was The Day
The day where my life really started again
The Day where we finally go to Florida for our vacation
For me winter didn't really count it was only the summers that counted for me. 
I JUST LOVE SUMMER cause we always meet our family friends in Florida . 
They are triplets
Nick is the oldest and the funniest 
Chris is the youngest and always messes around
And then there is the middle one Matt.
I loved the triplets always the same but 
there was always one brother that I just loved more it was Matt! 
everybody knew I had a crush on him besides Matt himself . But I also never had the gust to tell him that cause i don't want ruin our friendship
I heard a knock on my door and I knew right away what it meant so I got up and started to pack my phone in my back bag and I started to run down stairs to see my mom smiling at me
"are you ready honey?"
"of course mom"
"great can you just get your brother?" 
I scoffed and got upstairs knocking on my little brothers door, no one answers
" YO BAYLEN WE HAVE GO BAYLEEEENN!!! " He finally opened the door he was looking tired and had an big footprint on his face 
"Baylen are u okay? " I said kinda worried but it also looked funny 
" Yeah why?! " he said chill not knowing that he was a footprint on his face
" Nothing just let's go" I said going down and now to the car where my mom was packing our things in the trunk. 
"Is your brother coming? " I nodded and finished helping her with our things when my brother finally came out of the house. 
Me and my mom started laughing he was just standing there awkwardly not knowing what's going on till my mom finally spoke 
"Baylen honey you have something on your face" she started laughing again.
He started to whipe his face with his hands
"what the fuck happened bay? " I said still laughing
" I don't know I'm going to wash my face"
He goes back in the house and comes out one minute later . 
Me and mom already sat in the car when baylen comes to the car looking kinda angry and I knew directly why 
" Why is Melia sitting in the front? "
I scoffed knowing that he was gonna say that "baylen you were late just go in back and we are not gonna discuss that!!" mom said kinda annoying from him . 
My mom started the car and we started driving it to the airport 
when we arrived at the airport I could already smell the smell of vacation and I couldn't wait to see my best friends. I had this feeling that this summer is gonna be the best summer of all time. 
*2 hours later*
We just landed in Miami and it already felt like coming home
we rented a car and drove to our holiday home 
I was so nervous to meet my friends especially Matt again it's been 1 year since we last met. I haven't really heard of them that much I mean I called Nick sometimes but that's all. 
There were we in front of the holiday home that we always shared with the sturniolos I felt myself heat up from just the thought of meeting Matt in a few seconds again 
I started to go up from the car and directly saw Nick who was widely smiling at me I started to run to him his arms were wide open as he pulled me in a hug 
" Hey Mel missed you"
" Missed you too Nicky" 
then I saw Chris who was already screaming my name as he pulled me in a big huge God I missed them he let me go and I feel somebody punch me away it was my stupid brother God he is so annoying 
" Mel your in the way let me hug my best man"
 I scoffed and started to look around not seeing Matt "where is he?" I thought . 
I started to go to the House when mary-lou come out. 
I started running to her since she is like my second mother she pulled me in a hug 
"Hey honey you look great" she says as she let me go 
"Thank you mary-lou! God I missed this place "
"We too!" She says as I started to walk to the House again 
" Mel honey he is upstairs" 
I nodded and go in the house it still looks the same as always 
Even the same smell
I loved it
It started going to the kitchen when I heard somebody running down the stairs 
I knew right away who it was 
It was Matt 
When I first saw him and just couldn't do anything but smile as he comes closer to me looking me right in the eye 
"Hey Lia" he said calmly. Matt was the only person to call me Lia it just was OUR thing 
" Hey Matt" I said as he pulled me into a hug 
"Should we go outside?" I nodded as we go outside to our family's
