"Quinn."

"Quinn."

"Quinn!"

Quinn jumped and looked at Mercedes.

"Are you okay?" Mercedes asked.

"Yeah." Quinn replied. "Sorry, I didn't hear you."

"I said we're here." Mercedes announced, parking her car in front of her house.

"Right." Quinn said, unbuckling her seatbelt. "Yeah."

"Are you sure you're okay?" Mercedes wondered.

"I'm just a little tired." Quinn noted. "Sorry."

Mercedes nodded slowly, and the girls got out of the car.

Quinn went to the trunk to get the bag she had had at Puck's.

"I'll get that." Mercedes decided, grabbing the bag.

"That's everything." Quinn muttered, looking at the overflowing duffel bag. "Thank you."

"Sure." Mercedes responded. "Come inside. Let's get you settled in."

The girls went inside, and Mercedes gave Quinn the tour before leaving her to settle in in her brother's room.

Quinn was sitting on the bed when her phone went off. She ignored it, knowing who it would be.

Quinn wasn't in the mood to talk to Puck. Especially since she felt like a coward. Sure, it wasn't exactly a secret that she was unhappy at his house, she was unhappy everywhere, but she didn't bother talking to him about it. She didn't talk to anyone about it because she knew her options were limited and she was just grateful to have a roof over her head and a bed to sleep in.

That's why when Mercedes told her she was leaving the Puckerman house and moving into the Jones house, Quinn decided to wait until the house was empty to get her things. It worked out well; Puck was at practice, his mother was at work, and his sister was at a friend's house.

Quinn had the perfect window after school to pack the few things she had at Puck's house and get it to Mercedes' house - with Mercedes' help, of course.

Quinn jumped as Mercedes knocked on the door.

"Are you sure you're okay?" Mercedes asked after apologized for scaring Quinn.

"I'm okay." Quinn confirmed. "Sorry. What did you say?"

"I just came to see if you needed anything." Mercedes noted as Quinn's phone went off again. "Is that Puck?"

Quinn nodded. "He probably just got home."

"Are you gonna answer it?" Mercedes asked.

"I should let him know I'm okay." Quinn muttered. "Right?"

"I could text him, if you want." Mercedes offered.

"He'll never stop texting me." Quinn noted. "I'll tell him."

"Okay." Mercedes said. "I'll give you some privacy then."

"Mercedes." Quinn stopped her from walking away. "If I'm not off the phone in two minutes, can you come interrupt me?"

"Sure." Mercedes smiled.

"Thank you." Quinn smiled back. "For the room and for everything."

Mercedes nodded and excused herself as Quinn's phone rang a third time.

Quinn took a deep breath and put the phone to her ear. "Hello?"

"Quinn? Are you okay?" Puck questioned Quinn. "Where the hell are you?"

"I'm okay." Quinn swore. "I'm gonna stay with Mercedes for a while."

"What?" Puck asked.

"I just... I need some space, okay?" Quinn explained.

"And instead of telling me or talking to me about it, you picked up and left when I was out." Puck noted.

Quinn didn't say anything. She knew she shouldn't, but she felt guilty.

"I came home and saw your stuff was gone, and I was worried." Puck confessed. "I thought maybe something bad happened. Or maybe I said or did the wrong thing."

"You didn't, I'm sorry." Quinn apologized.

"You can live wherever you want, I don't care." Puck clarified. "But we should talk about all this. I mean, do you want me taking you to your doctor's appointment tomorrow? Do I still get to do that stuff?"

"I forgot about that appointment." Quinn muttered.

Puck didn't say anything.

"I need some space to think about what I want." Quinn said as Mercedes returned. "I have to go, Noah. I'm sorry."

"Quinn, wait, I-"

Quinn hung up the phone and took a deep breath.

"Did I just hear you apologizing to Noah?" Mercedes wondered.

"It's complicated." Quinn said, turning off her phone and putting it on the nightstand. "And don't call him that, he'll kill you."

"You call him that." Mercedes stated.

"I'm pregnant with his baby." Quinn pointed out. "I can do whatever I want."

Mercedes smiled. "Now that that's out of the way, we can go inside and order food and watch a movie."

Quinn looked at Mercedes.

"Unless you're too tired." Mercedes added. "I was just thinking since it's your first night here, we could have a girls' night."

"I would love that."
