Sorry for the late update, I was working on business stuff most of the day!

Garreth was at his wit's end. Nothing was working. He had tried adding more ginger, tried adding more dittany, tried adding more mint, and yet still Anne was sick. Far more so than ever before.

He held her hair up in the bathroom, wincing as she got sick into the toilet for the second morning in a row. He rubbed her back as she groaned unhappily, leaning against the porcelain in dismay.

"I'm so tired of this." She sighed unhappily.

"I know, sweetheart." Garreth said softly, continuing to soothe her. "I wish I could help more."

"I just don't understand. I was better for so long." She said in frustration, her voice wavering with emotion. "What changed?"

Garreth sighed, wishing he had the answer. "You're not feeling any aches or pains, though?" He hadn't been around her when Anne had been in pain, but she'd said it had been debilitating.

"No." She answered before getting sick again.

"There's that at least." He said in relief, wincing a bit as he held her hair back again.

She was allergic to a few things... the bitter root in the pregnancy prevention potions made her immediately throw it back up every time, no matter how he tried to disguise it with other things. She just couldn't have it for some reason, her stomach immediately rejected it. It wasn't as much of a problem now that he'd found out about her issue with fertility, but she was also allergic to some barks he used in nausea medicine. It was frustrating that he couldn't find anything to help her, even with all his knowledge.

"I could take one of my pink hair potions and you can laugh at me for a few hours?" He offered with a soft smile, hoping to at least cheer her up.

She let out a weak laugh and sat up looking to him with an amused smile. "Garreth Weasley, offering to sacrifice his hair to make me laugh? If that doesn't show you love me I don't know what does."

He gave a little chuckle as well. Yeah, he liked having his hair look good. But for Anne... anything.

She leaned back against him as she sighed, seeming to be finished being sick for a bit. He was relieved, but still concerned because this was becoming more and more frequent.

Maybe he should talk to Sebastian about this... if anything he should know what's going on.

"You feeling up to heading back?" He asked softly, running a hand through her hair gently.

"I think so." She sighed, leaning her head against his shoulder. "Thank you for taking such good care of me, Garreth."

"Of course." Garreth smiled, kissing the top of her head. "I love you."

Anne blushed and smiled against him, closing her eyes happily. "Love you too."

"She's sick?" Sebastian said with worry, sitting in the defense against the dark arts tower with Diane. Ominis was off to the Ministry today for his internship.

"Yeah." Garreth sighed, sitting down in the chair across from them in the small alcove. "I've tried increasing the potency for her potions but it doesn't seem to be doing anything."

"Is she in pain again?" Diane asked softly in concern.

"No, luckily. Just sick." Garreth shook his head.

Sebastian leaned back, thinking. That was odd.

"I'd hate to bring her back to St Mungo's, she hates that place." Sebastian said anxiously.
