🌼 Julie is autistic - she can't control how loud her voice is and has a special interest in games. It's why she knows so many! She stims by grabbing at her hair and flapping her arms - she also can't tell when someone is overwhelmed by her cheerfulness. Thankfully Frank is there to modulate conversations
🌼 She chats with plants frequently - whenever spotted about Home she is always chattering with the flowers on the side of the road or the bushes lining others houses
🌼 All her dresses have pockets and they are filled with several things, including: a deck of cards, scatter jacks, pieces of chalk (some broken, some not), and cool rocks she found on the ground. Sometimes there's a beetle or two as well, to give to Frank
🌼 Sometimes things are in one ear and out the other with her, until reminded; so sometimes she'll exclaim 'oh shucks!' in the middle of a conversation and run away to do the thing she forgot
🌼 May or may not have flowerbombed Home a couple of times to make the place more colourful
🌼 Squishes her face against the arms of people she loves, or sets her head on their shoulder to see what they're doing (depending on their height in comparison to her)
