Batman and Robin took the blue tent and tried to put it up.

It had two poles and a blue cloth.

Batman draped the cloth over the two poles, but it collapsed right after.

"Hmm. Does that look right?" said Batman to you guys.

He let you answer.

"No. It certainly doesn't" he said.

"Holy misunderstanding, Batman; I wonder what went wrong" said Robin.

Batman picked up a piece of paper and said "Oh great heavens, what fools we are. We forgot the instructions."

Robin looked at the instructions on how to pitch the tent.

"Gosh. Look at this diagram. It says here that the poles are supposed to be the exact same height" he said.

Then he took the poles out from under the cloth and stood them up next to each other. One pole was a lot taller than the other.

"Do our tent poles look like they're the exact same height?" said Robin.

He let you answer.

"Nope. They sure don't. This one's a lot taller. I'll bet that's why our tent fell over. It's not balanced" said Robin.

"Correct, Robin. So we need to make our poles the exact same height. Perhaps I have something on my utility belt that will help" said Batman.

He showed you guys the tools on his utility belt.

"A leaf blower, a woodpecker, a metal pot and the mystery tool. Can we use any of these to lengthen or shorten one of our poles?" said Batman.

He let you answer.

"Holy brain cells; that's a great idea! A woodpecker pecks wood with its beak, so maybe the woodpecker can cut the longer pole to make it the same height as the shorter pole" said Robin.

"Then let's try the woodpecker" said Batman.

He selected the woodpecker and it pecked the longer pole until it was the same height as the shorter one.

"Thank you very much, Mr Woodpecker" said Batman.

Robin draped the blue cloth back onto the poles and it stayed up.

"Now our tent is perfectly balanced!" he said.
