The news of the Obelian emperor had fallen ill, did not shock Adrastos at all as he only just hum in response.
"I am definitely not that surprised... Considering that black fuck inside of him ever since that harlot came in his life" He only reply making the guy beside him sigh
"And here I thought you'll be surprised and crestfallen about this... Didn't change your plan huh" Kyrell muttered as he took a deep sigh
"Just like you didn't betray that old man, even have the audacity to shout and insult me" Adrastos teased the latter making Kyrell grumble
"I thought we were past that Adrastos!" Kyrell complained making Adrastos look at him with amusement
"Of course we were, I just find it amusing every time you act like a child because of that"
Kyrell could only sigh in disagreement but soon look at Adrastos in his eyes
"Are you planning to visit your sweet old man?"
"I'll think about it... I might not contain myself and I'll immediately kill him while he is on a coma" Adrastos straightforwardly announce
"Calm your shit Ady and where's that bastard who were always by your side?"
"You mean Khaos? I gave him a task and I'm assuming he'll be back soon its not a difficult task anyway" Adrastos nonchalantly said while humming
"That guy, always sticks to you like a lovesick puppy"
"He does" Was all the Crown prince response while chuckling at the image of Khaos

Night came, however, Adrastos have been thinking of visiting the emperor of Obelia
Within the blink of an eye, he was already on Claude's chamber while concealing his mana and his presence as he looks at the pale look on his father. No emotions were evident on his face
"This may be your karma already... It didn't even take that long for you to reap what you sow" Adrastos spouted while glaring at the man in front of him
Adrastos slowly put his hand on Claude's neck as he grips it tightly while noticing a small twitch of the latter's body but soon, he let him go while raising both of his hand and chuckled
"Even if i want to end you right now... I don't want to ruin my plan just for this" He muttered turning around walking over the window of his father's chamber
He looks at the sleeping figure one last time with hard gaze before teleporting to his own room
"It looks like you decided to visit your father" Lixieng said smiling at him
"I just went out to check if he is dying or not, if he did then my plan will just go to waste" Adrastos said looking away making the Archon in front of him laugh
"You don't have to pretend Adrastos, I am well aware of your grudge on your father and Iknow that you still care for him even a tiny bit" Lixieng stated in a matter-of-fact tone making Adrastos silent
"I understand that very well Adrastos" Lixieng said comforting him
"Should I just destroy Obelia?" Adrastos muttered out of nowhere making Lixieng stood in his place not knowing how to react
"Isn't that your birth place? Wouldn't that be destroying half of your memories"
"The memories full of sorrow and hopelessness. I want to bury my suffering and pain deeper than what I'm currently doing" Was what Adrastos could give him making Lixieng just hum in acknowledgement
"If that's what you want, then that's what you get. I already told you; I'll be supporting your decisions throughout the end"
Adrastos could only look at his father figure with gratefulness and comforting gaze then looking in the sky slowly closing his eyes to relax himself from the comforting silence of night.
