MAJOR TWS FOR VIOLENCE, A LOT OF S3XUAL THEMES/REFERENCES , AND FORMS OF SA. (It wont be incredibly horrific or extremely graphic, but still on those lines.)  I ADVISE IF YOU ARE SENSITIVE OR EASILY TRIGGERED BY THESE THEMES TO SKIP THIS CHAPTER.  (however the worst parts will be marked.)

                                                                                      Justin's POV

I ran through the left side of the cave in a panicked sprint, the sounds of the spider directly behind me as I no-clipped through the freezing tunnel. SHIT. Me and Casey didn't no-clip in the same area, maybe she went through other tunnel or worse, no-clipped to a different level. The area was freezing, probably around 35 degrees. I glanced around the area, from where I stood it looked like some kind of ice cave that was spiraling towards a center, and then I realized. This is where Ky supposedly lived after his banishment. If Casey did no-clip here, she was in danger of a  lot of things.

I glanced around the area, it appeared Dusky had ended up here, and as soon as he saw me, ran towards me in a frantic happy gallop. ''Erm- yes Dusky it's me. =('' I said as he began nuzzling me. After a minute of reuniting, Dusky looked around for any sign of Casey, and looked back at me to no trace of her.

''We'll find her. Hopefully before that bastard does. =('' I said quietly to him as he fluttered over and landed on her shoulders, probably looking for warmth. I sighed and readied my weapon in case of anything, and set off towards the cave, the sound of ice and snow crunching underneath  me.

With every minute, the air got colder and the anticipation and worry struck me. What if that monster got to her? It only motivated me to move faster. I could feel Dusky trembling from the cold, his little legs wrapped around my neck and his body curled on my shoulders, it was certainly getting colder with every turn.

Around an hour in, it had to be in the single digits. The cold was painful, and I had to rest. I glanced around and found a ice-fort in the ground, it would be good to rest in. I got Dusky in and got inside, the slight warmth felt good.

Dusky curled up on my lap and closed his eyes, tired looking. I gently stroked him, and in response he made an almost happy trilling/purring noise. Good to see someone was happy. Funny how such a small creatures could have an entire personality.

I sat in the ice cave for a bit, finally able to feel my fingertips and then continuing on my journey, the cold stinging. I then saw something up ahead. Fuzzy white death-rats were fighting for something, a large supply crate. I went over and shooed the entities away, luckily these ones weren't hostile.

I pried the crate open, it's iced hinges snapping in an instant, exploding from the temperature. frozen and useless almond water, and a thermo-suit. Exactly what I needed if I wanted to go deeper into this freezing hellhole. I quickly put the thermo-suit on over my clothes  and continued on my journey, and Dusky now had a warmer source.

Even with the suit on, I could feel and cold and the cave getting smaller, I was certainly getting close to the center with no sign of Ky. Maybe that other partypooper had gotten it wrong or was misinformed. That's what I had to hope at least.

Dusky suddenly raised his head and twitched his antenna and took to the air sensing something. He flew around the corner and buzzed motionlessly in the air as he looked at something, I finally caught up to him and saw the core of the cave, two large ice pillars made an entrance towards a camp, a fresh fire burning from the smoke. And thank the lord, Casey was sitting behind one of the pillars, she has also found a thermo-suit.

I quietly moved to the other side as she appeared to be sitting their kind of zoned out, and I wanted to see who's camp it was before spooking her. Well bloody hell, it was the criminal himself, Ky. He was sitting next to the fire, scrounging through a backpack and throwing things into the fire, and tossing bottles of almond water to several white fluffy death moths that surrounded him, male and female.
