Chris POV
The guys and I were all going out tonight to drinks after a very long shift.
We're sitting at the table drinking and laughing.
"Who's got next round?" Deacon asked
"I got it." I said
I go to get up and head over to the bartender to order the beers.
Standing there waiting a woman taps on my shoulder.
"Im Emily. Nice to meet you." Emily said
"Chris." I said back
She started flirting with me and I started flirting with her back.
"Hey Chris. You want to go out to dinner with me some time?" Emily said
"Um. Sure." I said
"Can I get your number?" Emily asked
Luca POv
We were waiting for Chris to come back with the beers when we saw her talking to a girl.
"Who's the girl talking to Chris?" I asked
"I don't know man. Seems like she's interested in Chris?" Tan said more as a question than anything else
"Ah. They're probably friends or something man." Hondo said
"I don't know Hondo. She seems into the girl too." I said
"Ask her when she comes back." Tan said
I could kinda tell based off of Tan's statement that he had more information than the rest of us did.
Chris came back over setting down the beers.
"Who was the girl?" Hondo asked
Chris's face changed for a second. Almost like she lost the confidence she had when she came back from the bar. She kind of had a moment of like I guess unverified nervousness in her body language.
Chris POV
When Hondo asked who she was. My initial reaction was fear and shock. The guys don't know I'm bisexual. Well except for Tan. He was asking me advice on a girl he liked and I let it slip that I liked both men and women. Of course he didn't care.
I haven't told the rest of the guys yet. I don't really have a good reason as to why I haven't yet.
But now I guess is as good of a time as any to let it out there. I mean. What better time than right now I guess.
"Oh. She um. She asked me out on a date." I said to Hondo
"A date?" Deacon asked
"Yeah. I am. I'm Bisexual." I said more confident then when I was asked about her to begin with.
"Really?" Luca said "That's awesome!"
A small smile came over my face.
"She seemed like a nice girl?" Hondo asked
"Yeah. I mean. We're going to go out to dinner. See how that goes." I said
"Happy for you Chris." Deacon said
"Thank you." I said
