"Breaking news..." A newscaster solemnly introduced. "The uh... The attack on Kamino Ward yesterday has left some scars on society." He took in a shaky breath before continuing. "All Might, our greatest hero and Symbol of Peace... has been murdered. Sources say that even after defeating All For One and giving the nation's criminals a warning that shocked everyone, 46 year old Toshinori Yagi was caught off guard by another attack by a member of the League of Villains who had previously been warped away by All For One. 21 year old Tomura Shigaraki appeared the moment Yagi was most off guard and destroyed our number one hero... The heroes managed to secure All For One, but what will we do now? Without our Symbol of Peace, hope seems to be lost." He sighed. "During the battle, although a young Katsuki Bakugo was rescued from the villains, sources now say another student of U.A. is missing. If you see this boy, Izuku Midoriya, please contact authorities immediatel-"

Tomura groaned as he turned the TV off. He sat on the couch of the new League hideout, throwing the remote harshly onto the coffee table. He grumbled to himself as he sat back, ignoring the looks the others were giving him.

"Uhh, boss," Twice called from across the room. "You doing okay? You look great!"

Tomura's gaze stayed glued to the coffee table as he set his leg on top of it, propping up his hands on top of his knees. "This feels wrong," he spoke softly, contemplating. "All Might's dead. That's what I wanted. But I feel worse."

"Sounds like one hell of a problem," Dabi spoke as he took a seat beside Tomura. "Maybe that wasn't your goal."

"Then what would it be?"

Dabi shrugged. "Not here to help you figure that out."

Tomura's gaze moved to lock onto him, a hand moving off his knee to gently remove his father's hand from his face. "You really are just a stick in the mud."

"Do you even know what that saying means?" The taller questioned.

"... No. I just grouped shit color with shit color."

Dabi couldn't help but snort as he rolled his eyes. "By that logic, Compress is an orange and Twice is a burnt marshmallow."

"You're just burnt." Tomura shook his head. "Whatever. This isn't helping."

"Wasn't my intent to help."

"Oh shut up and go fuck a bird or something."

Dabi furrowed a brow at Tomura. "For your information, I fucking hate Hawks."

"You don't act like it."

"Shut the fuck up."

"Hey now, we shouldn't argue," Twice butted in, dramatically waving his arms around. "FIGHT!! No, don't!"

Toga rolled her eyes from where she sat next to Twice. "Maybe you're just overthinking it, Shiggy," she suggested, smiling widely. "I think you're really cool no matter what."

Tomura sighed. "Yeah, yeah, whatever."

"Maybe you should take a walk," Compress added, taking a seat on the arm of the couch. "I'm sure it'd help clear your mind."

Tomura thought about it for a moment before slowly nodding. "I guess," he replied, standing up and stretching. He moved over and grabbed a black jacket from on top of a nearby box, pulling it on and tugging the hood up. "I'll be back later then."

"Have fun!" Twice called as Tomura moved toward the door. Tomura glanced back and smiled softly as he turned the handle, opening the door and exiting. He walked quietly along the paved road as he headed toward the city. He walked the streets for nearly an hour, paying absolutely no attention as to where he was going despite knowing he had to get back to the hideout at some point.
