Finn and I were resting under a tree. We had just finished eating and decided to take a break.
I was relaxing under a tree while Finn was laying by my lap when I heard bleating.
I opened my eyes to see sheeps, a flock of them.
'Sheeps? What are sheep- oh. Its minecraft, mobs spawn randomly,' I thought. 'Hmmm, I wonder, sheep's have some resources such as meat and .... Wool. I mean I'd need wools to make a bed and Finn can't eat berries.'
"Alright its settled!" I announced, waking Finn up. "We're going hunting. This will be easy, I mean it's just a couple of sheeps, how hard can it be."
Few Minutes Later
"THIS IS VERY HARD!" I yelled as I ran after the sheeps that scattered.
Honestly I wasn't sure who was chasing who at this point. Finn was chasing off some the sheep's, he was doing a better job compared to me.
I stopped running to chatch a breather, I was so exhausted from running. As I huffed and puffed I started to feel the ground shake beneath my feet. Something was coming.
I turned around and when I did, I was stunned. A big sheep was running right towards me.
Before I had the chance to react I found myself being tossed on top of them.
I gripped the wool for dear life as I screamed on top of my voice.
That crazy sheep didn't stop running in fact it seemed to pick up the pace. My mind was racing.
'What should I do? What should I do? What should I do?!'
That's when it hit me, 'Finn'. I started to scream his name for help but he was a no show.
I later gave up, he was probably chasing son sheeps.
I was in the middle of brain storming my next idea when I looked ahead and saw a cliff. 'Oh no.'
Now I didn't know what that sheep had in mind but I knew I didn't like it.
I started freaking out and tried calling for Finn again, but he still didn't show up. Just as I was about to give up I saw something at the end of the cliff.
"Finn!"
But he had scary red eyes that made my cute little wolf look like some demon gotten from the underworld.
He growled as he began to bark so furiously that even I was a bit scared.
Obviously, that scared the heck out of the sheep an the poor thing turned back and ran for its dear life.
As I was getting over the initial shock an idea popped into my head.
I closed my eyes as I drew out my stone sword which I made before hunting.
"Sorry big guy." I mummered as I raised my sword up and......
Time Skip
I starggered slowly before I collapsed landing face first on the grass.
"Ow." I muffled but it was a bit inaudible because of my mouth was covered.
Then I lazily rolled over to look at the sky. It was so beautiful despite the fact that the clouds where blocky.
I smiled lazily to myself before Finn walked over staring down at me then barked.
It made my lazy smile turn into a big goofy grin.
I got up and grabbed my crafting table using it to craft a furnance. I decided that the first thing to do is to make charcoals. I placed some sticks as fuel and put a few logs in to turn them into charcoals.
After a few minutes of waiting I placed the charcoal as fuel and placed the mutton in.
"This wouldn't work as fast as a smoker, but at least its better." I remarked.
"Since it will take a while I can start crafting my bed."
I went back to my crafting table to craft a bed while Finn watched me.
"Hmmm I don't have enough wool to make another bed." I mummbled looking down at my crafting table before turning to Finn.
'Would he also need to sleep on a bed, I mean he does deserve one but I don't think Mojan....'
My thought trailed of as I decided that I wouldn't make a bed for him. He could just sleep with me.
I finished up other necessary things like making some torches and took my crafting table.
The mutton was cooked so I took my furnance and charcoal.
It was still early so Finn and I had some of the mutton and left the rest for later. We just spent the rest of the day relaxing.
I had no idea of what I was suppose to do now. Nothing really came to mind except finding a new village at least I could lay low for a while.
Time Skip
It was already late, so Finn and I decided to go back to the cave to sleep but this time I had a bed to sleep on.
When we entered I placed two torches to at least light up the place, I didn't really have many torches so we had to make due.
I placed my bed on the stone floor while Finn had been watching me.
I sat down on the bed and immediately let out a sigh of satisfaction.
I really missed sitting on something comfortable. I looked at Finn who was still watching me and smiled.
"Come on boy." I said patting a spot next to me.
Finn immediately rushed to the spot but instead of curling up there like I expected, he laid his head on my lap.
I chuckled at his action and stroke his head softly with my hand.
'Finn is such an adorable, obedient dog, but I wonder why he was all alone when I found him.' I thought.
Usually wolves spawn in pack and I found it odd anytime I saw them alone.
"Hey Finn?" I called, he raised up his ear to show that he was listening. "When I found you, why were you alone? I mean don't you have a family that is looking for you?"
What I asked really seemed to sadden Finn because he dropped his ears and started to make a very depressing sound.
It really hurt to see him like this, so I stroked his head.
"I'm so sorry Finn," I whispered. I didn't really know what happened to him and his family, or if he even had one but I could tell it wasn't good. "But whatever happened will not happen again, you will never be lonely again because, well, I'm here, I'll always be here for you cause I love you," I said.
I felt my heart melt. It kinda felt weird because I have never said I love you to anyone especially since I just met him yesterday but I felt like I've known him from the beginning.
He seemed to like what I said because his ear went up and he got off my lap. I was confused when he looked at me but understood when he suddenly tackled me and started to lick me while wagging his tail.
He was really happy and I felt the same so I bursted into fits of laughter.
When we eventually stopped, he started barking and started laughing again and hugged him.
'Finn, my wolf, ' I thought as I drifted of to sleep with him by my side.
(A/C: Well that was wholesome. I really love animals so writing this one was really enjoyable.)
