13- Day out

                                    

                                          
"What do you want." Touya asked, as I stared at him in the kitchen from my bar stool. 
"I wanna go outtt." I complained, slumping forward and resting my head on the table. Touya laughed to himself, pulling his hood over his head. He grabbed a set of car keys, and chucked one of his hoodies at my face. 
"Then let's go." He grinned at me, putting a face mask over his mouth and heading out the door. I followed on behind, pulling my hood over my head the same as him. I eagerly jumped in his car, excited to properly go out for the first time in what felt like forever. As he started the car, Touya placed a hand on my thigh, rubbing it gently every now and then. He continued to drive like nothing was wrong, but he knew exactly what he was doing. I felt my body heat up in embarrassment, but god how I loved his hand placement. 
I reached for the radio, but the first thing that came on was radio broadcasters discussing me and the identity reveal. I didn't want the reminder to kill my mood, so I switched it off immediately. I felt Touya's grip on my thigh tighten.
"You okay?" He asked, steering the wheel left.
"Yeah I'm good" I responded with a smile, looking out through the window. I spotted the mall in the distance, and I felt a huge burst of energy rush through me.
"THE MALL?" I exclaimed, kicking my legs in my seat.
"Yeppp. And you're allowed my credit card for the day. But don't make me regret it." Touya pulled into a parking space before turning to face me. "You deserve a nice treat."
I threw my arms around his neck, and planted a long kiss on his lips. 
"THANK YOUU" I scrambled out the car, Touya walking slowly behind me, his hands in his pockets. "Why're you walking so slow." I joked, waiting for him to catch up. 
He took his hands out his pockets and grabbed onto my hand, locking his fingers with mine. "I hate malls, but for you I'll make an exception." 
We stepped inside together, the familiar buzz of chatter immediately filling my ears. All my old memories at the mall came back to me, as I dragged Touya along by the hand like an excitable toddler. I still tried my best to keep my head hung low with my hood up, now that the public knew about me. We went in shop after shop, buying all kinds of clothes and accessories, and Touya automatically became the bag holder. Even so, I could tell he was still enjoying himself. 
We sat down for lunch together, in a cute little cafe within the mall. Touya begged to go to McDonald's instead, but that's what we had last night so I managed to persuade him to come here with me. We sat opposite each other, chattering amongst ourselves. It was such a good day so far, and I didn't realise how much money he had on his card- but it's probably all stolen money anyway. Either way, I was grateful for everything that he was doing for me. 
As soon as we left the cafe, I pulled Touya towards a new shop, one we hadn't been in yet. He stopped himself at the entrance, looking up at the sign. Even through his mask I could tell his cheeks were bright red. 
"There's no way I'm going in there." He said, refusing to move from where he was standing.
"What's wrong with Victoria's Secret?" I asked innocently, "I'm just having a look pleaseee" 
He rolled his eyes playfully, but still didn't budge. "I'm not going in there."
"Fine then I guess you'll have to wait out here while I go in-" I said with a smirk, turning away from him and into the shop. 
"WAIT! Don't leave me out here on my own!!" He chased me into the store, as I laughed to myself. At least my plan had worked. It was so funny watching Touya walk around Victoria's Secret with me- he looked like he was so done with life and I was here for it. 
"Say cheese!!!" I exclaimed, pointing my phone towards him, catching a picture of him stood angrily beside mannequins in lingerie. 
"WHAT?? Delete that!" Touya tried to snatch my phone away, but I pulled it away from him.
"But it's so cuteee" I teased, heading out the store again with a spring in my step. Touya followed behind me, grinning and shaking his head. 
"I can't believe you had the audacity to do that." He playfully barged into my shoulder. I rammed myself back into his, and he did the same again, almost knocking me over. We erupted in laughter, as I grabbed onto his arm for balance again.
"Jesus Christ that was uncalled for" I said, between each laughter. 
"Well in my defence i didnt mean to do it that hard-"
"THATS Y/N!!" 
I whipped around, to see a stranger pointing at me frantically, a crowd beginning to form. 
"Touya.. what should we do??" I whispered, looking around me.  
"Well, there's no point in hiding anymore right?" He replied casually, as if this whole situation didn't phase him in the slightest. He pulled his hood down, and removed his mask. The crowd gasped, and erupted in panic. I did the same, lowering my hood and observing over all the terrified faces. We heard shouts from the distance of security, and the running footsteps of them growing nearer, ready to arrest us. Touya's eyes met mine, and a malicious grin spread across his face. I stared at him confused, but he just laughed under his breath. 
"Oh, you're so cute." Touya said, grabbing my hand and pulling me away. 
The pair of us ran through the mall hand in hand, security guards on our tail. It was thrilling, being chased like that. I sprinted as fast as my legs would run, giggling. The sound of police sirens outside ran through the mall- things were about the get interesting. Officers flooded the building, as me and Touya ran into a random clothes shop, and through the back doors. We were taken into some kind of storage room, filled with shelves upon shelves. We stopped to catch our breath, wide smiles painted across our faces. 
"I didn't know that could be so fun" I panted, my legs weak from all the running.
"There's nothing in the world like it." Touya agreed, his chest rising up and down. "Apart from when I'm with you." 
As I was about to say something, the sound of footsteps outside the storage door caught me off guard. The door quickly pulled open, and Touya dragged me behind a row of shelves. He held a finger to his lips, as I tried not to laugh. The officers all had torches in their hands, and were inspecting every single part of the room. I squeezed Touya's hand, as one of the officers came closer, shining his torch over our hiding place.
