"So, it has been brought to my attention, that you three are soulmates. And you already have a plan for the situation you are currently in?" Nezu questioned, looking between Izuku and both Pro Heroes at his sides, Hawks and Hatsume both nodding in response.
"It's a perfect plan! We just need your help is all!" Hatsume cheered proudly, Aizawa and Nezu both looking between each other skeptically before nodding.
"Well, I personally don't know where we should stand on all of this, at the moment, Hikari here is a wanted vigilante, not to mention he has been an illegal vigilante for much longer than this arrest warrant has been created," Nezu stated knowingly, Hatsume huffing at the statement while Hawks cleared his throat and stepped forward.
"Actually, he has been completely legal up until three hours ago," Hawks stated, smirking when Nezu and Aizawa both went wide-eyed at the statement.
"Hawks, what do you mean?" Aizawa questioned, crossing his arms over his chest while the Pro Hero only grinned wider.
"You see, my little brother here was brought into the commission a week after Shigaraki and the League of Villains had created the Paranormal Liberation Army. He had come to me and told me he wanted to help stop them, and that he had valuable information. Which he did. So, I brought him to the commission, and they decided that his skills would be better suited for them. As a soldier." Hawks explained, his tone becoming grim at the end of his statement, Aizawa grimacing at the explanation.
"So, what you are telling us, is that you brought Hikari to the commission, to be groomed into their own personal soldier after he had abandoned the League of Villains?" Aizawa questioned coldly, Hawks bristling slightly at the implications, though Izuku was quick to step forward and shield his older brother, staring down the elder Omega.
"He never brought me to be groomed, he hadn't known about their plan until it was pretty much too late. He was just trying to help me get out of a dangerous situation." Izuku spoke up, Aizawa and Nezu both becoming startled at the sound of the man's voice, despite Aizawa's somewhat frequent run-ins with the doctor back in the man's teen years, he had never once heard the vigilante speak.
"I see. So, what exactly did you two do from there?" Nezu asked curiously, his paws curling underneath his chin to hold his head up as the beady eyes of the principal stared directly into Hawks'.
"From there on, I convinced them to let me adopt Izuku, train, and raise him as I saw fit. They would still get their soldier of sorts, but he wouldn't have to go through the brainwashing that they had intended. Also, I gained a little brother, obviously." Hawks stated pridefully, Izuku chuckling at the man while Nezu nodded understandingly, Aizawa relaxing at the rest of the explanation.
"And I can imagine you were in the commission's good graces until just recently? Am I correct?" Why is that?" Nezu questioned, this time turning to Izuku.
Izuku hesitated for a moment, a million different thoughts running through his head, though in the end, he decided on the right course of action to take with what he hoped to be his future allies. And if they ended up not being what they hoped.
Well, it hadn't been the first time Izuku went into hiding.
Gingerly, he pulled off his mask, clipping it to his belt while everyone in the room went wide-eyed at the blatant display of trust, despite there being no true breakthrough in their conversation to warrant such a display.
"I was the man that Dynamight and Red Riot brought to the Hero Gala the other night, though as you know, we were attacked within the hour of the events starting. Though I personally was attacked by Izanami. Who I killed." Izuku stated bluntly, Aizawa shuddering at the statement as he spared a glance to Nezu, the principal merely studying Izuku carefully, nodding for him to continue.
