Remember how I said I was gonna put everyone through hell?

Well here you go

...

*krrsch krrrrsch*

"ARE WE LIVE?!"

"Izuku. I'm scared."

Screams filled the background of a news broadcast. Bloody, horrified, screams.

"I know Hitomi. We all are."

"THIS IS AMAI FUJIKA! WE ARE LIVE IN TOKYO! WHERE A BAND OF MONSTERS RESEMBLING THE ONE THAT ATTACK UA HIGH, HAS ATTACKED THE CITY!"

"Do you think it's her?"

Dust, debris, death, filled the streets of the once largest city in the world. Buildings toppled. Roads destroyed. Monuments, government buildings, parks, anything you can associate with the city, destroyed.

"This is so much more, than her."

"IF YOU ARE IN TOKYO, OR ANYWHERE IN THE KANTŌ REGION, LEAVE IMMEDIATELY! THIS IS NOT A DRILL! I REPEAT, IF YOU ARE IN OR AROUND THE CITY OF TOKYO OR KANTŌ REGION, LEAVE NOW!"

"But all that matters now, is picking up the pieces..."

*BOOOOM*

"...of a broken world."

*krrrrrrrrrrrrrsssssssssssccccccccccchhhhhhh*

"...I've given up. They're all gonna die."

...

Hell on Earth. That's what it felt like, for all those imago experienced, or witness the death and destruction of the once great city of Tokyo. Ravaged by an unknown force of nature, the likes of which were never seen. So many died. So, so many. Heroes, villains, civilians alike. It did not matter who you were. If you strayed into the path, the oncoming wave would swallow you up.

An estimated Four Million lives were lost. Tourists and citizens alike. Diplomats, celebrities, heroes, men, women, any others, and children alike. All gone. The attack happened during Tokyo's busiest time of the day. Meaning so many were left vulnerable. Wide open, for the calamity to begin. An event that rivaled any tragedy in history. And even worse, as if things could not dip any further, All Might...had died in the tragic attack. Protecting as many citizens he could, taking down the most dangerous of these monsters. Sadly, his time limit came to an end. Yet it didn't end there.

Unbeknownst to anyone besides a select few people, All Might...never got to pass on One for All.

The world had finally descended back into darkness. The only issue. Who's to blame?

"Sir, we've finally reached a potential final toll."

A lone officer walked into the open area office of Naomasa Tsukauchi. It had been almost one month since the attack, and the country was in absolute disarray. Protests broke out throughout the country. All of them relating to finding the ones responsible, or blaming the lack of security. Despite the fact, that literally no one knew where this could've came from. This was way more than the League could muster up. And no other villains could muster up the strength, nor courage to pull this off. Save for too people, but Tsukauchi wasn't about to make assumptions just yet.

To make matters work governments around Japan, had to try and promote new officers to various positions, as many were in Tokyo and succumbed to the brutality. Heroes from around the WORLD, had to come into Japan. Just so they can help try and quell the chaos. A string of connected incidents, ranging from Okinawa all the way to damn near Kyoto, were next on the agenda. If there even was an agenda. At this point, everyone was ready to throw in the towel. Non-stop, 24/7 surveillance, patrols, and arrests, all to find any clues as to who could be coordinating all of this. It was enough to make someone go bald, or gray.
