[ "Are you quite alright?"
"Huh?"
"I asked if you're alright."
"Oh." You mumbled. "I... I don't know."
"Where are you?"
"Ah, I'm, uh, coming back." You sighed.
"How far? I'll meet you."
"Um, not far. I'm taking a scenic route though."
"I'll figure it out."
"Okay, see you then..." ]
There you stood before each other, both of you unable to find the words to say. Damshi sucked in a deep breath and bowed her hair.
"I apologize for everything that's occurred. I should've informed you of the inappropriate behavior before things got out of hand."
"H-Huh?"
"What has transpired is entirely my fault." Damshi sighed. "I'm the oldest. I'm responsible."
"What are you talking about?" You reached out a hand and gently put it on their shoulder, frowning. "This isn't your fault. You're not responsible for them, even if you are the oldest."
Damshi met your gaze, pausing for a few moments and watching the panic on your face. "Still." She pressed.
"Don't." You shook your head. "You haven't done anything wrong. They're the ones that were childishly conspiring." You shot a glare off in the direction of the house, scowling.
"Then, will you forgive me?" She requested.
And you laughed.
"Of course I do."
Damshi smiled, feeling her heart skip a beat. How perfect.

"Covestry! Covestry! Over here!"
Damshi smiled, turning her attention over to the cameraman. "Yes?" She hummed, heading over. Damshi minded her steps in the stilettos, not wishing to fall flat on her face wearing a dress.
"Do you have a minute?"
She considered it, then nodded. "I do. Did you want to ask something?"
"Of course!" They laughed. "Who doesn't have questions for you tonight? You're most likely to win the most awards!"
"Ah, don't put it like that." Damshi's smile became more nervous. "Everybody here is just as likely to win."
"You've maintained the position of number one streamer longer than anybody else! Come on, you don't have to be so humble." They grinned. "I have a question, how is Heartra? You two are still together, right? How's life been with her since she stepped away from the spotlight?"
"Mm, life has been quite wonderful." Damshi closed her eyes briefly. "I'm happy to have her all to myself."
You could hear she was joking, but you didn't feel it. All of a sudden, you couldn't stand to continue watching the video. It made you feel sick to think of what you could've had.
"I'm home!" Damshi called right at that moment, opening the door into the living room with a smile. "Did you miss me?" She hummed.
The two of you exchange a look, and Damshi sighed.
"Still upset with me?"
"Of course!" You snapped from your place on the couch.
"Oh, what a bother." She slipped off her shoes and headed to your side. They stood in front of you, reaching down to cup your cheek and smiling. "You simply must let the small things go..."
