Kiara,
"Now brush the sides" I said guiding Kariel as he brushed his teeth. "Good boy KJ, rinse out your mouth with water" I turned on the tap and he did as told then clapped when he finished. I dried off his hands with a towel then brushed my teeth.
Aliyah popped her head inside the bathroom, "I'm gonna order some Chinese, what do you want?"
"Get me a regular special fried rice and sweet and sour chicken. I'll share with Kariel cause he won't be able to finish a whole one" I said then rinsed out my mouth.
"Cool" she said then closed the door.
I tied my wig down with a satin scarf, yess my man bought me the wig. 
Then I put a bonnet over it and made my way to the living room to see KJ and Aliyah watching beta squad on YouTube.
I laughed, "Kariel, what do you know about beta squad?" I asked him and he shrugged with his hands out.
"Food will be here in 15 minutes" she told me and I nodded then grabbed a bottle of water from the fridge and joined them. Aliyah went to the toilet so it was just me and Kariel watching Tv then I heard a knock at the door.
"Come" I held Kariel's hand and we walked up to the door together. I opened it and my heart sank to the bottom of my stomach.
Oh shit.
Leon stared at Kariel for about a minute then looked at me with a screwface as if he was saying 'really?'. I shut the door in his face before he could talk and went back to sit down.
"Who him mama?" Kariel asked as soon as we got seated.
"You're dickhead father" I told him and he laughed then I heard banging at the door. I'm not opening that.
I heard the door knob rattle and when I turned around Leon was glaring at me dead in the eye.
"How-"
"Picked the lock" he said cutting me off. 
Okay...Scary.
"Go to aunty Aliyah" I told Kariel and he looked at Leon, cutting his eye at him before walking away.
"That's my son?" He pointed at him.
"No i'm just baby sitting him till he's 18" I sighed and looked at the floor.
"Kiara i'm not fucking playing with you, i'll choke you out." He said making me suck my teeth.
"Mhm" 
"Is he mine, Mekai's or Amir's?" He said raising his voice.
"When you say it like that, it makes me sound like a hoe" I muttered then he snatched my neck. "Chill out daddy" I rolled my eyes, I was in a silly goofy mood playing a dangerous game.
"Answer the fucking question Kiara!" He said and I backhand slapped him causing him to let go of my neck. I rubbed it softly, soothing it.
"Yes he's your son" I replied and he sat down next to me.
He chuckled a little bit, "I actually can't believe this. You were here calling me selfish for breaking up with you when you're the selfish one. You hid my child from me Kiara!" 
"Because you wanted nothing to do with me! What makes you think that I'd tell you about our child. Plus I didn't want to add anymore sorrow to your situation, you'd be locked up thinking about a child that you can't even raise till you get out." I shook my head.
"I would've put him on visits so I could see him but yeah make decisions for me" he said sarcastically as he waved me off and I squinted my eyes at him.
