~FELIX'S POV~
I sat in silence as Sunoo paced back and forth in front of me. Minho behind me leaning against the desk, arms crossed over his chest. Sunoo was deep in thought, but I was locked out of his head. He didn't want me to know what he was thinking yet.
"Why are you both waiting until just now to tell me this?" He asked, stopping directly in front of me. He looked back and forth between me and Minho until one of us answer.
"I had to be sure, Sunoo." Minho said and I could hear it in his voice that he was ready to argue in my defense, but Sunoo didn't look angry. He didn't look disappointed, or even worried. He was just... there.
"You're telling me you had to be sure that Felix had branded with a human?" He asked. "The signs are so damn obvious. Felix.." he spoke directly to me and sat down on the couch opposite of me. "I need you to explain this to me."
"Explain what?"
"When did this happen, how do you feel?"
"Two days ago, when we went into the shop. Chris had walked in and when I saw him, I just- my whole world pieced itself together." I paused. "I feel like I can't finally breathe again, like he had gave back my able to feel... human."
He looked up at Minho. "Is this what he told you?"
"With different words, but yea."
"Then you didn't need to be sure, there's your guaranteed right there." He said and leaned back against the couch. "God, this is a lot."
"I'm sorry..." I said, despite the fact that he didn't seem disappointed or angry with me. I felt like he was, like this whole situation was one big disappointment to him.
"Felix, you don't have to apologize. You didn't choose this.. and besides, I'm honestly-" he paused and leaned forward again, trying to look me in the eyes. "I'm happy for you, but this... you two being in completely different worlds. It's dangerous. It's so dangerous, but I'm not gonna tell you to stay away from him."
I looked up into his eyes and I could finally see into his head, he wasn't lying to me. "Not that's your listen if I told you to anyway." He chuckled and I felt Minhos hands on my shoulders, massaging out the tension in them.
"You have to be careful, from now on you know that right?" He asked and I nodded. "And I'll handle Changbin, we don't need him killed by your hand just because he was trying to grab a bite on the wrong person."
"Changbin almost bit someone?" Hyunjin's voice came out of no where. We were all shocked at the fact that none of us heard him coming.
"No, honey. It's fine, go back to bed it's late." Sunoo said and Hyunjin just looked directly at me and back to Sunoo.
"What's wrong with Felix?" Hyunjin said rubbing his eyes and stepping closer. "Did the herbs stop working?"
