While searching for the job onlines, Alden's phone vibrated in the middle of the job hunting. The call was from the manager of the community property. 
Alden frowned slightly while seeing the number. He picked up the phone anxiously as he said, "Hello?"
A loud voice from the opposite side of the phone came, "Is this Mr. Alden Richards?" 
"Well, it's me", Alden said quickly. 
"Actually, the community sends funds to renovation of the buildings. In the first round, only two buildings will be renovated", The manager of the Community property said to her. 
"Okay", Alden replied to him. 
"So, Your building is lucky as it has received the chance to get renovated from the community funds", The manager said and Alden listened very carefully. 
Renovation? Lucky ? His building? He was not the only one who lived in the building. Eun Woo also lived on the second floor and other 2-3 people on the third floor. 
The residential area where Alden now rents was built in the early 80s and it was true that it needed to be renovated. The corridor had been in disrepair for a long time, the walls were pitted, the water pipes were often blocked, and the living experience was very poor. But the rent was not cheap. The people who live here were all people who lack money like him.

After calculating the current situation, Alden was stunned for a while before asking, "What kind of renovation? And What is lucky?" 
The manager spoke in a loud voice, "Sir, There was a meeting held and we suggested some requirements for the building. The owner agreed. The two buildings were chosen for this year. Reinforce the security doors and windows, providing the Cctv cameras, lighting facilities and bringing other safety to every house are all included".
Alden blinked his eyes severally as he tried to process the words. 
"Are you at home now? The workers will come soon", The manager said and Alden was not convinced at all but still said, "Hmmm, i am at home" 
"That's good. I will arrange everything. Thank you Mr. Richards", The manager spoke warmly and Alden still felt a little inexplicable until he hung up the phone 
"Did the owner of the community property eat the wrong medicine today, or won the lottery? Why did the owner suddenly become so generous? The owner never paid attention in the past", Alden thought 
"Don't tell me, the caller was a scammer?", Alden spoke loudly and suddenly his phone rang again. 
"What happened?", Alden received the call and it was from Eun Woo who was excitedly telling him about the call from the manager.
