I walked in and everyone suddenly went silent, "Hello," I smiled. "H-hello..." "Hi" "H-Hi Ms.CEO..." The 3 replied. I walked in and grabbed 2 water bottles from the fridge, "How is everyone's day?" I asked. The tension was so thick you could cut it with a knife, "Good" "O-Ok" "Good I guess" They replied. "Ohh that's great, well I hope your work is just as good as you all are when gossiping about other people's lives," I smiled. Everyone continued to be silent, "Now... I hate gossip, especially when they're about me and my assistant. So you have by the end of the day to pack your belongings and get out of my company." I smiled. "Why?! For having a discussion? You can't fire us over nothing!" Someone yelled. "You are correct, I cannot fire you over nothing. However, I can fire people over sexual harrasment, and if I remember clearly you all stated something about my assistant." I said and the color from their faces vanished. "Now it is my responsibility to keep this environment safe and you three are being very harmful. So you either leave peacefully with your belongings, or security will kick you out. What will it be?" I asked. They all glared at me, and walked towards the exit. "Stacey, call security to monitor these three while they are gathering their items. We don't want any issues," I said and Stacey quickly called Mr.Davidson and the other guards.

I sighed and hugged Stacey, "I'm sorry Stacey, I'm sorry you had to hear those idiots say disgusting things," I frowned. "Don't worry Rose, you did something badass and amazing. You defended me and fired those losers, I'm glad you have my back." She said and hugged me back. "Well, we have 3 openings now, after the holidays we should interview people right away." I smiled. "That's a great idea, now that I think about it Rose... There's a lot of men working in this company, haven't you noticed that?" Stacey asked. "I have! Now that you brought it up, I have an idea... Every director should have reports from their team's work! I'm going to tell every director to give me a report of their department and we will overlook their work. Based on that, we will determine who should stay or not; because I want to ensure that the people that are working here are doing their best. If not, we should give opportunities to others!" I explained. "Yeah that's a good idea!" I said. "You know what, I think Damien hired many of his friends when we first started. Then his friends hired their friends and so on, because the applications I gave you were just for directors. Oh god the company is a frat house Rose! A frat house!" She said while shaking me. "We really should have moved to the office sooner, but oh well... NOW onto creating a meeting on Friday for all the directors," I said. Stacey nodded and we decided to just go back to the office.

I finished half of the stack of papers and leaned back to take a breather, "So where are you now?" Stacey asked. "Finished about half of the paperwork, how about you?" I asked. "I replied back to the other companies, respectfully denying their requests, and sent emails to all the directors about the meeting we will have on Friday. I've looked over your emails, and there were only 2 things, RobinHood wants to create a deal with you, and Google says they want more features on the phone." Stacey explained. "Oh ok, well email Robinhood that I am available next Monday, and email Google that I am available Tuesday." I stated. "You don't want the meetings on the same day?" Stacey asked. "No cause I'm going to discuss how we are planning to target greatly on students/business owners, and planning to create different sets of the same products. Meaning one phone will have more features for students/business owners, and the other one will be for the general public." I explained. "Ok I will send the email right now, and after I will prepare the reports for the Thursday meeting," She said. "Thank you Stace," I said and looked at the time. "It's 2:00?! Where are the guys?! I asked and stood up quickly. "Oh wow you're right, I guess none of us noticed because of how busy we've been." She said and stood up. "Should we go check up on them?" Stacey asked. "I think we should, they haven't had lunch and Luke goes crazy when he doesn't eat," I sighed. "Yeah let's go!" Stacey grinned and we rushed out of the office.

Stacey and I separated and I rushed to Luke's office, I knocked on the door and slowly opened it to see a stressed Luke staring at his computer. I walked in and realized he's in the zone... I walked over and slowly placed my hand on his shoulder, "Luke?" I called out. He quickly snapped out of it and looked at me, "Is it lunch time already?" He asked. "Umm, I guess you could say that," I giggled. "What's so funny?" He asked and looked at his clock. "2:06?! Wait what?! I swear I went to the bathroom 15 minutes ago and it was 10:15!" He said. "I know it was the same way for Stacey and I too, we decided to check up on you guys," I smiled and quickly kissed his temple. "What do you want to eat?" I asked. "I'm not sure, I thought you were gonna decide where we were going to go," He said and stuffed his face into my torso. "You're right, how about we go get a snack and go out after work? Since, we have less than 2 hours left," I said. "Yeah I guess you're right, give me a kiss first," He said as he stood up. I kissed him and he pulled me in for a deeper kiss, I felt him tightly grip my hips and then suddenly let go. "Sorry I gotta learn to control myself," Luke smirked. I blushed and nodded, "L-Let's go see Stacey and Blake?" I asked. Luke nodded and followed me to Blake's office.

I knocked on Blake's door and slowly entered, "Hello?" I called out. "Hey Rose, come in," Stacey waved. I entered and Luke followed, "Hey. We were planning on having a snack and going to eat after work." I explained. "Oh that's smart, what do you think?" Stacey asked a concentrated Blake, staring at his computer screen. "Uhh... sure honey..." He said, not even taking his eyes off the screen. "Ugh... I hate when he gets in his zone, when I walked in it took him a couple of minutes to realize I was here. Watch this, Blake, you wanna blow job?" Stacey asked. "STACE!" I blushed at her sudden question. "Ehhh... I like the blue one," Blake responded. "You see? He just answers whatever he thinks I'm talking about," Stacey sighed. "Oh... yeah Luke is the same way, anyways, wanna have dinner with us after work?" I asked. "Oh I wish I could, but Blake and I are heading over to his parent's house for dinner later," Stacey explained. "Oh ok, no problem. Alright then I'll see you, I'm gonna start heading back to the office to try to make a bigger dent on the stack of papers I have," I said. "Ok I'll see you in a bit." Stacey said

I entered my office and continued working, then Stacey walked in and she continued working up until 4:30 where we both decided to call it a day and pack up. I met up with Luke and we went to eat Chinese and headed home for some movies.

Friday
The rest of the week flew by and it's now Friday morning, I'm preparing for the meeting. I also brought some coffee, and pastries for those who wanted some. Luke helped too and we were waiting for everyone else to arrive. "Hey Rose!" Stacey smiled and Blake followed in after her. "Hey, take a seat. We're waiting for everyone else to arrive," I said. They nodded and we continued waiting, soon enough all the directors had arrived and sat down. "Good morning everyone, thanks for arriving on time. Now let's start the meeting," I smiled. "Now the purpose of this meeting is to ensure that everyone is working to the best of their abilities, and to ensure that I would like for each director to send in work reports of your entire department. In order to review their stats and see if they are still a good fit for the company. The reason why I am deciding on this is because there are people here that may not appreciate the job or opportunity they were given. So, I believe if they are not going to put in the work, then we should give that seat to other people who will," I explained. Some of the directors looked nervous, "Any questions?" I asked. "Well I don't see the need to check people's stats, especially so close to the holidays. Plus, the company is doing great work right now, is there really a need?" One director asked. "Yeah that's true, why not keep things as they are now," Another chimed in. "Well, I'll be frank with you all. There's not enough diversity, I want to be a company that gives people opportunities. Plus, just because a company is great right now, doesn't mean it will continue being great later on. Now, I want those reports by the end of next week, and that's the end of this meeting. You can grab a coffee and pastry, have a good day everyone." I said and headed out of the meeting room, and Stacey followed behind. "I think that went well," I said. "Oh yeah, you came in real strong. You looked like a badass CEO in there," Stacey giggled. "Thanks, now back to work!" I smiled, and Stacey nodded.
